“Could do with being offered the drive belt as it’s better to change the belt at the same time other than that the service was great and fast delivery and great communication thank you”

“Ordered two bottles of brake fluid online from car parts 4 less to find that this companies collection point is Euro car parts. At the same time on check out you are charged an additional £2 for click and collect privilege. I do not quite understand the £2 collection charge but if I had ordered it for delivery I would have had to pay the postage charges. Is this company Euro car parts under a different name?”

“Fantastic service for next day delivery on my O/S car part. Unfortunately they never had the N/S part in stock. Next day counter collection was a real bonus but a lack of staff at the collection meant a 40 minute queue to collect the part. However, the order process and the fact that it was available for collection in less than 24 hours is laudable!”

“Overall good experience ordering and receiving the delivery. We missed the first drop at the weekend and easily rebooked for weekday. The driver kindly carried the bin of bits to my garage! Sadly the Mini pollen filter is not such a good copy of the original. It needs to more flexible due to the silly S-shaped slot. Not my fav car for DIY!”
