“Fuel filter arrived preused. Oily hand marks allover it and signs of diesel where the seal was. Instruction sheet missing. Why silly discounts all the time, just keep prices competitive.”

“I received my order in good time but was left with my neighbour who didn't get my delivery note or invoice the brake disc i received were the right ones but my brake pads were the wrong ones”

“I ordered a water pump and alternator for a 2001 Mini Cooper, water pump went on easy, I’m really pleased. The alternator was the wrong one, could by my fault, could be yours. I’m not worried that it’s the wrong one it happens. However it has been 4/5 days since I sent an email requesting returns details and still not heard back, so I’m slightly disappointed.”

“After submitting my car reg which brought up my vehicle details I searched for a replacement battery, the system came up with 2 options, I chose the cheaper battery. When the battery arrived it looked on the small side, when I fitted the battery to the vehicle I found it wasn't deep enough by 25mm. I then purchased a battery from a different supplier (identicle to the one that was fitted to my vehicle) I was then able to take the battery to Euro parts and get a full refund. Try and order the same battery you have fitted to your vehicle!!”

“Ordered brakes discs, pads, and brake cleaner. The tried to deliver but I was out, so left a car. I arranged to collect from the eurocarparts store. After picking up the next day. They tried delivering the items again. But with the discs missing. But concerning that they tried to deliver again, and that the order was incomplete. If I had not have collected, I would have been waiting longer for my items.”

“Service was good (buying platform and delivery) however more money was taken from my account than the total due. I've been waiting over a week forna response from them on what happened and to get it refunded!!!”

“I was happy whit the service that the web sait provide me but the shop wich have to deliver the part was bad and after 3 days calling the web site from the shop tell me if i wish to go to collect it which was ..not good cus each day they were telling that they will deliver it the same day”

“Ordered parts to be delivered with in 3-5 days which they never arrived so contacted them an they said they would chance, I ended up having to go and collect my order as the depo hadn't even received my order until I had chanced them or it.”

“Good price, parts arrived quickly, but the packaging was poor. Of 4 CV joints, one was completely disassembled (I had to reassemble), and the grease pack split leaking out in the box. So functional, yes. But poor delivery due to being thrown about....”
