“Still waiting for an email to collect my part?”

“I ordered an ac condenser which was manufactured by Hella and advertised as including a drier. The one which was delivered was manufactured by Man Zai and didnt include a drier.I returned the item to my local store and another one arranged to be sent out. This one was manufactured by Delphi and again didnt include a drier. Again returned this to my local store and they said they could get one manufactured by Hella the following day. When I went to collect it again it was manufactured by Delphi and there was no drier and told there would be a seperate charge for it. To their credit the people I have spoken to about this issue have been polite and helpful but I dont understand why an item being advertised as being manufactured by one company is different to the one which arrives. I didnt see anywhere that it may be different to the one advertised. Needless to say I decided to keep the Delphi unit as was going around in circles trying to resolve it.”

“The product I had, a clutch kit had the wrong bearing ,I called and enquired whether the customer adviser could therefore check another product to see if it was wrongly packaged and was instead told nothing can be done and offered a return and refund . I then called in to a local euro car parts and explained the situation who took time to check another box to find it was the wrong bearing in the original . Sorted out in the end but with no help from your customer adviser.”

“Ordered as it stated next day even thou that was Saturday but had to wait till Monday which was only disclosed after ordering otherwise wouldn’t have Dedicated collection point was a complete joke 1 guy serving and getting orders with about 8 people waiting every time they open the rear office door you could see multiple staff sat joking and talking even coming thru to get things from the vending machine but not helping on the counter absolute waste of space waited approx 40 minutes plus”

“A bit dumbfoubded by the idea of having same parts very slightly cheaper on a sister website that looks exactly the same as ECP... Now, not hat Im complaining though, took the collection instead of delivery, obviously local Euro Car Parts as the collection point... Just to be charged £2 as a 'collection fee' on a sub £200 order. Never been a fan of ECP but unfortunately had to use them as I couldn't find specific parts anywhere else.”

“Great price and arrived quickly... Only issue I had were that the cleaning products didn't come with nozzles (like in the photo's) so couldn't use them... This. should be made clear in your listings. Now resolved as I contacted Auto finesse direct and they supplied these to me.”

“A simple order for some engine oil went wrong. The wrong grade of oil was sent but the delivery note was for the correct oil. A phone call sorted the the problem.”

“The only thing that niggles me is why charge £2 for collection when it is my petrol and my time or perhaps this charge should be on order under £30 to match your free on-line policy, my order was for over £85, Also, the order cannot be amended so if i wanted to add WD40 then it would have to a new order with £2 collection charge, why can't we amend the order until is it collected?”

“A little disappointing front & rear discs ordered on a Sunday, 1 set arrived next day (monday) other set not arrived by following Friday. On phoning cs on Friday was informed they would be with me by 6.00pm Friday. They did not arrive until the following Monday.”

“I ordered 8 spark plugs, all of the same type. 4 of the plugs were in individual boxes that were inside a 'four pack' box. Four plugs were just in individual cardboard boxes. By the time they were delivered to me (by DHL), all the boxes were hopelessly squashed, and four of the plugs were rattling around loose in a bubble wrap lined envelope. These plugs are over £10 each, so £80 in total. Very unimpressed with how skimpily they were packed, and no fault of DHL.”

“ordered lower ball joints online, did not go for free delivery as could have as order was over £30 decided to collect them instead, cannot for the life of me wonder why i got charged an extra £1.99 to collect them straight from the shop, using my petrol , lost for words.”
