“Ordered service parts for 3 cars, all pollen filters missing on delivery. Phoned and filters posted/ arrived 2 days later.”

“Cheaper than Euro car parts, but not happy about the collection charge considering I had to wait 20 minutes for my items. In future, customers should receive a refund of the collection charge if it takes more than 5 minutes for the order to be ready.”

“Car Parts 4 Less were let down by the courier they use DPD. I paid the extra for fast delivery and received parcel one of two the next day but did not receive the second parcel for another 4 days. When I rang Car Parts ref non delivery of second parcel with the first parcel I was promised a call back but did not receive a call back.”

“the change in free delivery min order from £15 to £30 is a disappointment. It makes buying some parts, from carparts4less very uneconomical”

“Ok, but charging to collect an internet order is a bit off. Before you swallowed Andrew Page, we enjoyed a substantial taxi discount. You stopped that and I now go elsewhere. There are 5000 licensed taxi drivers in Sheffield, I do wonder how much trade you have lost with this move.”

“I ordered the parts, I paid on my card, I received the parts all ok but then when I went back to order more the website was unobtainable so was Eurocarparts for several days, this only ever happens with these two websites so they need to sort that out, stop blocking customers from accessing your website.”

“It's europarts but somehow slightly cheaper on some things. But I had to pay them £1.50 to collect the parts. So yeah europarts but cheaper but with extra charges. So you have to pay to collect. Just be carefull check both and go with cheapest but add charges to price of parts 4 less. I'm pretty sure europarts think people are very stupid.”

“As part of euro car parts i was amazed that i had to pay to collect my parts from a euro car part depot when if i brought my parts direct from euro i could collect for free my comment is dont charge a customer to collect parts”

“Ordered engine oil, e mail gave me till 14th May to pick up. Sent my partner to get it on 14th to be told it had been put back into stock. Fortunately the guy on desk re ordered for my partner to take, he luckily had payment on him. Then had refund on 15th still being told I had not collected it on time. Very annoying when someone had gone to collect it on the right day.”

“ordered some materials 1 item didn't turn up rang to ask where it was and told has to come from local outlet which was fair enough. Asked which outlet I would like told them they said the local outlet would contact me heard nothing not impressed.”
