Can't figure out why you charge a collection fee.

I ordered 8 spark plugs, all of the same type. 4 of the plugs were in individual boxes that were inside a 'four pack' box. Four plugs were just in individual cardboard boxes. By the time they were delivered to me (by DHL), all the boxes were hopelessly squashed, and four of the plugs were rattling around loose in a bubble wrap lined envelope. These plugs are over £10 each, so £80 in total. Very unimpressed with how skimpily they were packed, and no fault of DHL.

Very fast delivery but delivery driver left the parcel behind the bin under the rain even the neighbours have been at home at the same time.

ordered lower ball joints online, did not go for free delivery as could have as order was over £30 decided to collect them instead, cannot for the life of me wonder why i got charged an extra £1.99 to collect them straight from the shop, using my petrol , lost for words.

Part was as described however when checking was not suitable for the job at our Bowls Club. Took over 5 days to get a return notice and after 5 days still awaiting my credit refund.

Three of the four wiper blades ordered fitted perfectly. However the fourth blade despite having the label Bosch Super Plus Universal (SP22) and being listed as a correct fitting for a Peugeot Boxer. Unfortunately despite being advertised as 'Universal' it does not fit a (2011) Boxer. The fitting is completely wrong and there were no alternatives included. Beware.

I cannot fault the efficiency of the service. However, the part ( a replacement 3-point star Mercedes bonnet badge) was very poor quality compared to the factory fitted badge that had failed after 27 years. The lettering and faux enamel work were much less well defined on the badge supplied by Car Parts 4 Less. You describe it as 'VM' - vehicle manufacturer quality. I cannot see the part that was supplied to me being accepted by Mercedes. It simply was not of sufficiently high quality.

All very good with one exception. Charging £1.99 in-person to collect your order from the delivery point makes very little sense. It saves your drivers having to travel and milage on your units. My Local delivery point is literally next door and could have walked to it but insed had to opt for a 3 day delay.

Their postage costs is not clear at all. They say it differs for "dangerous goods". Nowhere it said Maguiars Superdegreaser was classed as such. We customers want clarity above all and not caveats.

They incentivise you to sign up for their marketing E-mails with discount codes that do not apply to most of the items which I would wish to buy. Further if you leave a basket, they inundate you with further incentives which don’t apply. Again no clear indication the offers are limited. The website prevents you from finding a specific part without the registration number, it seems, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, then you are stuffed.

Couldn’t pay in store anymore only one person serving had to wait longer then expected. Can’t expect one person serving in shop to do it all on his/her own.

Parts arrived on time at a good price but I had to pay a surcharge of £35.99. The old unit i returned but have to wait 14days for a refund which i think is ridiculous. Dont think i will be using for parts again.

Bit disappointed that after buying from these excellent people for years and years they have now added a charge of £5 for oil delivery as suddenly regarded as hazardous. They have always double bagged and put extra labels on the box for oil deliveries but a charge is now made for this. It's there in the small print "Specialist / dangerous goods deliveries which require additional measures, such as marking transport units, declarations to authorities and shipping companies, handling of documents, etc. A surcharge of £4.95 may be applied to these items."

Hi Not great, your system, shows the centre you referred me to is open on Sundays and when I went there it was closed. I had to rush around on Monday morning to get the part before it went to the garage. The part however was fine

Always been good. Delivery is always good, but on my last order of Oil and Coolant I got charged £4.95 for delivery. When I contacted them via their website I didn't get any response. I contacted them by Facebook message and they came back to me the same day. They say, apparently from December 2021 they use "Specialist Couriers" for items containing chemicals, which apparently Coolant comes under. The parcel was delivered in the same box with Caution Liquid label on it and was deivered by the same bloke, from the same courier company in the same van. So much for being specialised. I think this is a bit misleading but they didn't seem interested. Just kept telling me it was now in their T&Cs.
