“Item ordered was excellent value. But the time it took to arrive by DHL took a week. Twice we were notified of delivery dates by text but item didn't arrive either dates promised. Item was eventually delivered on sixth day after order submitted.”

“Excellent price for an exhaust pipe ,but it arrived with a dent in it ,asked about a partial refund but they don't do that ,so return was started but then found out a new exhaust cannot be sent out until the returned one is back at warehouse and scanned back in .So ended up fitting a dented exhaust as couldn't wait for all this to happen to redeliver a new one.”

“Good experience in ordering.the car mats were rubbish,did not grip on carpet so made it quite dangerous driving as they were slipping all over floor.so zero stars by me.(mats now in the bin so out of pocket for me).”

“Using your auto search with a cars Reg was only 50% right as I was sent the wrong size battery for my Peugeot 306. Apart from that everything was ok. Do you provide a free post return slip as I need to return a battery I have no use for. Yours hopefully Philip.”

“Super staff at CP4L. Efficient ordering system. Customer services are friendly and ‘on the ball’. All three of those stars are for the aforementioned. Why not 5? My order (next day delivery was selected), let us both down as soon as it was passed to DHL. I will certainly use CP4L again, but not for anything I need the next day, unless I can find that this was a one-off.”

“Hi when I ordered my goods it stated all where in stock but the order was split because one oil wasent in stock first delivery was fine the second two days later witch was okay because luckily I wasent in a rush.”

“Prices are usually fairly good ( there’s always a 14% or more discount code. Delivery process is a bit haphazard - no news on dispatch then a message from the carrier on the day they will be delivering saying item will be delivered before the end of the day and needs a signature. Delivery sometimes split into 2 lots on different days (= 2 days waiting for a parcel) There may be an option to change the days etc on the DHL site but would be easier to plan for if the date and time (am or pm etc) was known in advance.The free delivery option is usually 2-3 days.”
