“Took six days to arrive -could have been due to Post Office. Unfortunately the item received last Saturday was incorrect and returned on the same day -I am still waiting for the correct item to arrive (I also returned the old item as a sample)”

“Nice fast and VFM service,. However need to be more diligent in quality checking before despatch. I ordered a 24 and a 21 inch wiper, received a 24 and a 20. Whilst no big deal for me really, if it were any other part it would probably result in incompatibility.”
