“I cannot write a review yet because I have not received anything, DHL inform me as of Thursday 9th, they have not been asked to pick up my parcel. I know these are difficult times for us all.”

“Received e mail advice recently regarding expected delivery delay. As yet at 9.20am on fri 10th April, package not received for entirely understandable covid19 related reasons. Hope it turns up soon.”

“Stuff was missed from my order and sent on a different day I wasn’t informed of this and would of raver of not had to have more then one parcel due to this virus all was sent in the end”

“Car battery ordered. Was sent promptly. Courier (DHL) transported it on its side, contrary to warnings on the box. Acid was spilled, box was hazardous and battery U/S. Rang CP4L, spoke to Adu who told me it was too hazardous for them to collect, I had to take it to their depot,address unknown but not for 4 weeks. I argued & argued. Adu put it to his manager who arranged immediate replacement and collection next day. Sorted.”

“Good prices! Delivery was a little slow, but I'm guessing that is down to the current situation rather than the company itself. As part of the order I requested 2 packs x5 of microfibre cloths, but they were completely different. One pack was a normal microfibre as you would expect and the other an overly fluffy type. Not sure why? They are also not very absorbent and seem to push water around. Maybe they will get better with use.”

“Ordered two cartons of Turtlewax Zip wash and wax as it was competitively priced. However, only 50% of my order was delivered so I raised the issue immediately. A response to my email was acknowledged the same day but after a further chase email I still have not received any communication regarding the missing part of my order. I appreciate we are in difficult times but a phone call or an email stating how and when the final part of my order will be delivered is, in my opinion, a matter of courtesy.”

“Although the product arrived ok eventually, there was a total lack of any communication or update to say if the product had been shipped, who the carrier was, or what the tracking number was. I am still waiting for a reply to my email to them asking about delivery. Very poor customer service.”
