The customer service is not able to answer the questions They are treating you as someone who is speaking Chinese The return team - worms The carrier - I was waiting 2 days for collection the stuff I was trying to return 1 day ok maybe he missed. 2 days? I had to go there spend time, money for petrol and look of the "lady" queen asking What sorry? What sorry is your customer service.

Very disappointed. Went to collect parts from Euro Car Parts..full order not delivered..given balance from stock..wrong parts..went back Monday ..unhelpful..blamed others..won't be going there again

Dreadful company - they sent the wrong item completely and "customer service" is non-existent. Still waiting for my order to arrive. Will not be using again and would encourage others to shop elsewhere.

Ordered my parts online I wasn't happy with the 1.99 pick up charge but I needed the parts,so i went ahead, I phoned the branch not 5 minutes later to cancel the order as my partner had come home from work with the parts I needed. It took them 4days to return the money to me minus the 1.99 pick up charge! When I rang to find out why the phone was put down on me Great customer service. NOT! I will never use this company again or any of my 5 brothers & sisters and would not recommend to any of my friends. Rip off

Only 1 stars I ordered a part for my car its cost was £29.90...then I was stiffed for £14.95 for delivery in 3-4 days + vat total cost £44.85 that's a 50% increase...next day delivery was £5.95...they call a radiator a large over sizeď parcel ??... but the kicker is it was the wrong one after I asked 3 times if it was the right one for the model of car!! I had to order a second rad and was charged for both...so beware you have been told!!!!!

Absolutely useless what are Euro parts sister site and clearly cheaper orders online 3×4 different parts every time the wrong part recently sent back wiper motor which was also wrong delivery never turned up hence leaving me on afternoons wages short this was Monday and still have not received a refund it is not remedied in the next three days I shall be taking this to my solicitor absolute joke of a website customer service useless .

Got the wrong timing belt. Even though I used vehicle reg number. And customer service was not helpful at all all they offered was to arrange a refund, and refund money in 14 days. So I am still not able to use my car until I get a refund and order a correct timing belt. Very disappointing.

Not a very happy customer, my parts I ordered were expensive and they have been delivered but unfortunately not to my property or my neighbours where the delivery company say they have but the photo they have provided is not my neighbour or near my home. So I’m still with out my items and out of pocket due to having to buy more parts from else where, extremely disappointed. Contacted car parts for less but still no reply of what is happening

I have still not received my parcel. Been told by customer service they hope it would be here this week but no guarantees and very short vague answers. This is after it being already delayed by 2 days then receiving no correspondence after that email I have had to phone this morning after it due to be delivered on the 25th (after delays) and not hearing anything else

You cannot checkout unless you select pickup as an option, delivery does not work. Tried for over a week in different browsers to place an order and none went through. Very disappointing!

I have ordered some items online, it’s been more than ten days and package didn’t arrived, manage to speak with customer service who advise they will try to arrange with local service to send them asap but they wouldn’t know a date and are unable to change a delivery option to a collection one, even though I mentioned I need the items asap. Very poor service.

ordered discs and pads for my navara to collected at local euro car parts next day, got an email next day saying my parts had been collected, queried with store and they told me there had been a mix up and that my order had been refunded. so i had to buy the parts again in store, i the en had to wait 4 days for the refund to be processed which included me chasing them up for it… great prices but rubbish customer service

The part was shipped without any of the fittings or kit that is needed to install it. I called and spoke to Julian and he could not have cared less and told me to return it to nearest Euro car parts.

It’s been well over a week and I’m still waiting for one of my parcels as far as I know DHL have misplaced it they are sorting it out DHL have rang me but it’s still not very good because I needed the windscreen wipers for my wife’s car need an MOT now it’s stuck on the drive
