I returned a item it's now 9 days still Have not got money back. When I phoned to Customer service they said Its take 14 days. That's not good service from a business organisation. I am not happy

Terrible customer service and unable to provide parts that where specifically ordered. Avoid at all costs!!! Car parts 4 Less will not respond to emails not show any urgency to deal with any issues.

Hi just let you I am not happy this carparts 4 less they have delivery was Ben after 12 days so I am not going to be ordering any more

Took a week for delivery for items that was in stock only got delivered when I rang up to see where it was as the order had got lost

No delivery information.No contact via email to when you would receive.Went at least 6 days with no information. I had to call to see what is happening.Was told 17.30.Even that didn’t happen!Finally arrived Saturday morning,10th day after ordering.No good.......

Expensive and attempt to rip off oap as I wanted a water pump for vw golf and timing belt, no water pump provided and extra cost offered by europarts but claimed refund and got the part from another provider cheaper than car parts for less which should renamed car parts for more cash

Very unhappy with the horrendous customer service. 1. Although I gave the company all relevant car specifics, they’ve still sent me a wrong battery. 2. The battery was mishandled in transit causing the acids to leak. It took almost two weeks to arrange for someone to pick it up from my house. Thankfully it was secured well in the box it has came in and not burnt through. My emails got ignored twice. Once I finally had a chance to speak to someone, I had the collection date changed 3 TIMES! Once without even letting me know, wasting my time. I’ve missed two days of work. Once it got collected, the staff has forgot to process my refund, which means I had to get in touch with again to remind them … Easy to say I will not be returning. Worst service I’ve received in the last couple of years. AVOID.

Very poor. The order did not turn up even though I paid for next day delivery. It wouldn’t have arrived the next day if I didn’t chase and visit the local store in person, who didn’t have much of clue what was going on either.

Sadly my clutch kit did not include a bearing, found out when I had it all in bits dissapointing

Very poor customer service, received two wrong parts in my order which were discovered by the mechanic whilst car was on the ramp, caused me alot of hassle and ended up buying them from somewhere else . Items listed as on "Starline brand" are in very cheap and poor quality.

The car part didn’t fit my car which was ordered using my reg no. When I called customer service they weren’t very helpful and told me to just return the part for a refund.

All but 2 items where ok, air filter didn't fit and cv boot kit was a previous return and was missing a clip, very frustrating as had car booked in garage and then couldn't get it fixed as was missing clip. Should pay me for my inconvenience. Also delaying my car repair.

My fault- wrong sized part ordered. Companies mis management- the con artist behind the counter told me the correct sized part would be more expensive. When I got home and checked, the part was actually over £30 cheaper than quoted in store, without the online discount he so kindly gave me, I dread to think how much he would of charged me.

The website stated “free postage for orders over £30” My order was over £30 and I still got charged £3.95 I complained; the reason I was charged was stated that the order contained “ hazardous substance” ( wheel cleaner actually) It was NOT clear on website I would be charged!
