Worst euro car parts in Britain Bromsgrove branch,every time you go there you wait ages nobody come to the desk ,then the girl at the desk after she finally come out in reverse gear she doesn’t have a clue,only go there if you really don’t have other choice

Ordered 6 items Received 4 but invoiced for all 6 Emailed and called Car Parts 4 Less but they are totally uninterested in sorting out. Have now had to get Credit Card company to complete a Chargeback for the missing items. Shockingly bad customer service

I ordered wiper blades. I was told my order would be complete when I received an acnowledgement from you. I did not get one. Therefore I repeated the order. A few day later I received TWO sets of identical wipers. one priced at about £24, the other at about £30. any thoughts?

When I started my order I was offered a sign up discount. This didn’t work when I tried to use it. Later I had another discount code offered as ‘I had left something in my basket’. This didn’t work either. Apparently these are “only for parts”. Item was supposed to be available next day but when I went to collect it wasn’t there. Despite a 20 mile round journey wasted there was no apology because you collect from Euro car parts so they’re not bothered despite the fact they have the product in stock and could easily have issued the item and taken mine when it arrived. On the first business day I telephoned to cancel & request a refund as I’d rather pay more and go to Halfords, which is what I did. Within an hour I had a message to say “the item had been collected”, when it obviously hadn’t. Another phone call got me my refund. Very bad experience and I wouldn’t use them again.

What a poor service! Order online (entering the correct registration) & the item is wrong / used. When I return the unit for a full credit. I am meet with nothing but attitude! As I did not have the box (It was covered in oil & sellotaped together when it arrived). Poor service, rude & a bad attitude. Will never order again!

I recently made 3 orders. To say it didn’t go well is an understatement. I’ve never really had an issue before. Yet the last 2 orders never turned up. I chased several times. Eventually I found my orders were sent to the wrong store. Meaning they were never going to get delivered. This meant my van was sat up, costing me several days of earnings. Emails were sent back and forth, but this issue wasn’t picked up until I asked customer services to actually make call. This picked up the issue straight away

The worse customer service in the UK. I have sent emael about one of my ordered item its been 10 days now and haven't received any response yet! I will never shop again from carparts4less and eurocarparts!

If there is a discount code do not miss the 'basket stage' or you wont be able to enter it. I enquired as to why there was nowhere to enter it and, after 10 days, I got a reply, but no offer to get the discount. 'Our discount codes need to be entered in the basket stage of the order, if you skipped straight to checkout this would miss the point to add this'

1st item purchased. 140 lucas bulbs with display stand. Welded wire frame missaligned bulbs would not fit into frame. Misshandled or packaged, all bulbs floating around loose in box, many squashed, individual boxes damaged beyond repair. May have come direct from Lucas and their fault? Did wonder why it was reduced in price? Reject perhaps? Therefore not happy, hey, you did ask!

I ordered on 04.02 for collection at Warrington ECP branch 05.02. Upon arrival to collect part of the order was not available. To obtain the remaining components of my order, I then had to drive 11 miles out of my way to St Helens ECP branch. I did not receive any communication regarding the incompleteness of my order prior to me arriving to collect. Over a week later, customer services have still yet to make contact.

Ordered on website by plate registration I have received wrong parts size.I have returned them and awaiting for refund.Last time I need contact with Customers Service .After 2 weeks refund has been not done .
