Easy to shop for service parts and reasonably priced. Customer service lets it down. I have had wrong parts sent, mostly because they don't pay attention at the parts numbers, and it take days for them to come back once you opened an online return, making you go to Eurocarparts and buy off the shelf. It's mostly good.

Delivery was left in front of my door without any packaging, anyone could take it. Want to book collection but this incur extra charge. No sense to me why is cheaper to get order delivered than collected from ECP branch. Other than that happy with purchase

Great for cheaper parts but if you want to return anything their customer service team are appalling. They arranged a collection for the part I wanted to return without telling me what return address I should fix onto the package, after 3 attempts to get this DPD were 30 minutes away from collection so I had to cancel the collection myself, 5 hours later still no reply so I ended up taking the part back to a Euro Car Parts store, not knowing if they would accept it but the helpful guy in there processed it with no issues.

Ordered a few items and went to pick up a few days later, having first called to confirm that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived it took a fairly long time to get my items together. One item was damaged (and the box had clearly been opened). Luckily I checked before leaving, and had to have the item re-ordered. I wonder what would have happened if I had not checked, and only found the damage after I left. One other item on my order was not available, and I had to settle for a replacement/alternative. All of this is not exactly great, although the damaged item replaced and available later the same day. An extra trip was required, and the repair could not go ahead as scheduled.

Ordered parts for a service. Part of that order was for 4 spark plugs. On checking my order on arrival one of the spark plug boxes was empty. A long phone call later and another was sent out next day.

Prices are better than euros (which these people are) but yet again, if it's not wrong then it not euros. Always a 50/50 chance the parts are correct

Parts and prices all good,but had to reorder twice due to first order being cancelled by collection centre due to collection time of 5 days at collection even though my email said I had 7 to collect , you need to join up times with distribution centres.

I placed an order for a rear axel which eventually turned out to be an oversized item. The website advertises normal items along with oversized items but does not warn about the delivery problems associated with oversized items. In my case, I sent numerous emails about the undelivered item with no response. However, I made progress on my question when I phoned them. After 2 calls over a week, the manager called me to arrange my transport to collect the oversized item from a local hub. This I did with my estate car with a 12-mile round trip. So the website must warn customers when they click on oversized items as to what to expect.

Some times cheaper than EURO CAR PARTS, only gripe free delivery over £25 meeds to say only if you are within 10 miles of the depot

I have mistakenly ordered a part on a Saturday for collection Monday and I raised a refund request on chat/online form in the following minutes. Although I paid £41 I was refunded only £39 (handling fee was taken anyway, even if nobody actually picked my part as by Monday morning they knew I was asking for a refund). I hope you could implement an automatic refund process for mistakenly placed orders in future.

Prices are good however the the parts come from or need to picked up from my local eurocarparts so why make us wait a day to collect. I place the same order on the euro website I can collect the same day. Also why do you charge £2 for click and collect and eurocarparts it's free? Seriously considering using a competitor like gsf next time.

Great prices but no comms so can only recommend if you have no urgent need for your parts. Experience so far finds once ordered you have no idea if/when parts are going to arrive which makes planning to be around for delivery virtually impossible. Contacting customer service resulted in reply after delivery which defeated its purpose. 3 stars as whilst prices / availability is very good, process failed by follow-on customer service. Have previously tried customer collection and lack of comms experience was the same. Might be limited to my West London ECP delivery centre so use with caution.

Ease of ordering & the price were the good parts of the experience but the item purchased (car mats for my BMW) was not compatible though it was apparently a “universal” fit. Waste of money!

overall very good, only comment would be that pictures on website of nee to be improved, both parts I ordered turned out to be correct, but web photos did not reflect actual parts, and at £600 for a headlight you are probably loosing custom due to poor photos of parts. Only negative was that it was not clear that the headlight did not come with balast or controller.
