“Car parts 4 less or should I call you Euro car parts. Had mine delivered but didn't get a dispatched notice so missed delivery spot so had to go collect from Euro car parts.”

“Save yourself £2 have your stuff delivered for free (over £25) if you choose to collect it they charge £2 "collection charge" So let Car Parts 4 Less waste their time and money delivering. I have never before seen such a mad business model.”

“I found the prices on CarParts4less to be very good. I was however highly frustrated by the collection of the items from EuroCarParts (Orpington) where a large queue formed behind a couple who were ordering. One member of staff to deal with a queue of ten people is unacceptable from a customer satisfaction viewpoint, so to be charged £1.99 for a process which was neither easy nor efficient is insulting. Next time I will be paying for delivery, adding to CarParts4Less' carbon footprint and my own expense, all to avoid a drawn-out and lengthy process which, with two serving members of staff, would have been far simpler.”

“I ordered service parts engine oil ,oil filter , air filter, cabin filter , through website for me to collect at local Europarts store ,on 30/9/2022 , receive email saying collect following day at 10am , went along to store to collect order , they could not find the 5Ltr of engine oil , I waited 1 hour in store for them look for said oil , they decided to reorder said oil for collection for the 3/10/2022 so I could not service that weekend and also carparts4less charged me £2 for click and collect , where I could had delivered for free as over £100 pound order , I am not amused and disappointed”

“Took over 7 days to get my parts, contacted them twice about delivery, I was told that Euro car parts was to deliver but would get back to me. I gave Car Parts 4 Less delivery time after 13:30 Monday or Tuesday, I didn’t hear anything so called in local Euro car parts for them to say the parts had been delivered at 12:10 and were behind my bins outside the house.”

“Some work required. Placed order for brake pads and disks. Even tho I entered my reg number very I still recieved the wrong brake discs. The ones I had were to big so had to purchase more from ECP and now awaiting my redund there was no mention about size difference or option to purchase different sizes just brands.”

“I ordered 5 litres of Shell Oil at a reasonable price online and went to collect it. It was there and given to me promptly by a very friendly man. However, I can't quite understand why a £1.99 collection fee can be charged. I paid for the petrol to get there and pick it up so why should I pay more? If you go into your corner shop and buy a bottle of wine they don't add on a collection fee - and if they did what would you do? This is not a criticism of all of CarParts4Less as I have used them many times and think they are generally brilliant.”

“Right so i needed to know if you supplied the other size discs that was needed for my car but i had no answer. When it came to trying to do a returns it said your details were not recognised when there was nothing else to provide for who i was and my order.I had a random msg to say my stuff was being picked up after not getting a reply to some questions i asked .”

“Easy to shop for service parts and reasonably priced. Customer service lets it down. I have had wrong parts sent, mostly because they don't pay attention at the parts numbers, and it take days for them to come back once you opened an online return, making you go to Eurocarparts and buy off the shelf. It's mostly good.”

“Delivery was left in front of my door without any packaging, anyone could take it. Want to book collection but this incur extra charge. No sense to me why is cheaper to get order delivered than collected from ECP branch. Other than that happy with purchase”
