“Part was available on time unfortunately it was totally wrong. ! The terminals were the wrong way around and on the wrong side of the battery also the terminals were recessed so the cars std positive wiring with cover cap ect would not fit !”

“When adding the code to get 23% off the order form said excepted but the 23% wasn't taken off, the code was MOT23 and as it was for brakes (an MOT part,) would of expected to get it.”

“Ordered and told it would be available to collect,travelled the next day only to find it was in fact in stock at another branch and would be available within the hour,no communication to that effect and had to make a second jouney to uplift.☹️”

“My order was cancelled due the product wasn't available. Ordered online but when I was to collect said item as mentioned wasn't available wasting one time.. however staff at Europarts were brilliant by sorting out a refund therefore I will mark less for unavailability”

“Normally very good. This time I got a returned timing belt kit that had bolts missing and instead of the 5L clutch cleaner I got 500ml spray can and still billed for the 5L. Guess I should have picked the items up my self 😢”

“Having used CarPart4less a few times i find them very competitive in the marketplace & will use them again. My only issue being they are joint owned with Euro car parts and it is the same stock they carry as ECPs yet you have to wait 1-2 days to collect the parts from Carparts4 less whereas immediate collection from ECPs. None the less if you can afford to wait the 1-2 days ,potentially you can save a lot of money if they have a "deal" on offer. Yes i would still recommend.”

“Great prices but recently beaten by halfords for a starter motor for a ds4 ( no surcharge) . Apart from prices the only gripe I have is collection staff . I went to collect my purchase and the website says open at 8am but thanks to one of the drivers I was informed that the collection point does not open till 8.30 am . Well come 8.30am I was in, only to be greeted by the happiest person I've ever met . ;)”
