“Very competitive prices. But the service received at the Cardiff road location was not great. Had to wait 10 after ringing the bell for someone to come, and when that person finally came they said '' it is not my job to do this '', but eventually gave me the parts.”

“Ordering online was easy and website very clear. Inputted my car registration and the parts were listed. I chose one of the three options but unfortunately it was the incorrect part for my car and the garage had to order another one which delayed the repair. Also had the hassle of having to take part back to the pickup point for a refund.”

“Ordered a item online from car parts for less after my usual choice of euro car parts did not have what I wanted chose my collection address and it was my usual euro car parts when I received the item although it was in a sealed box the bottom of the box was open and on the box it said it was a steering part but the item was correct in the box which was a engine mount I didn’t realise Until I gave the box to my husband but all good in the end”

Collection Was Okay Except For The Collection Point Euro Car Parts, The Staff Did Not Have A Clue About The Spark Plugs When I Asked The Question If They Were Already Pre Gaped From The Manufacturer. The Reply Was I Havent Got A Clue. Also Ordered In Black Friday Deal Only To Find That The Following Week They Were Cheaper. So A Bit Misleading.”

“I have used before and generally been happy but these brake discs arrived in an obviously previously opened box with the discs dirty and stinking of old engine oil (not the protective coating). They were replaced quickly and efficiently but really surprised they sent them out in the first place in the state they were. I want to say how great the returns process was though.”
