“I have ordered the engine oil for the car. I was sent a different product than what I have ordered.On call at customer service they kept on asking for the part number of the oil I received but there was none on the package and the customer assistant had a hard time to believe that there wasn’t any written on it.I returned it and I am still waiting for a refund 4 days later after they have received it back. Never going to ordered again”

“Ridiculous. Purchased an item to collect from their sister company Eurocarparts, as I collected I realised I had purchased the wrong item so I instantly then and there returned it. I later realised that not all the money had been returned. They took a collection fee of a few pounds. I then went back in and the lady at the counter also called it ridiculous and apologised but said it’s just how the company work. The fact of the matter is I did not even collect it or even leave the stored and instantly returned it but still was changed a collection charge. WILL NOT BE USING THIS SITE AGAIN. “Sorry to say but I am not happy with my order. I placed an order on 08/01/2022 and was supposed to receive it in 4 days. I waited for 6 days and call customer service on 14/01/2022d and was told that my order will be delivered the same day. Its over 10 days but no signs of my order. Please do not order from this website same parts few pounds extra but at least you will get what you want on time. Not recommended at all.”

“I ordered some 0W/20 engine oil online on Dec 26th for pick up at my local Eurocarparts depot on 30th Dec. Upon arrival I was told that there was no stock and was issued a refund slip. I called CP4Less on 4th Jan to see where my refund was as there was no sign of my money returning. I was assured that the refund was in progress and wouldn't be long. Fast forward to 17th January and still no sign of a refund. They certainly did not take 3 weeks to take the money off me. I would rate them zero stars if it was an option.”

“It's not fair that we have to pay collection charges. When we spend out time and petrol to come and collect our items from your branch, further more wait for 45 minutes before someone serves us .”

“Ordered a MAF sensor. Went to collect it, the part was dirty and used. I refused it. Promised a refund within 3-5 days, day 7 they emailed me to say the refund was not sent through and it will be another 3-5 days for it to be refunded. Would never buy from them again. Absolute rubbish.”

“Made a purchase for £22.00, and was charged £1.99 for collection when I picked the parts up myself, and according to my bank account I have paid £42.00 for the parts, but carparts4less, say I’ve only paid £22.00….. Carparts4more, I think!”

“company uses Euro car parts for life up but he warned.as Euro only get £1.99. That will give you wrong part.then offer to refund money that takes ten days. But will sell you right part for three times the money.. I cancelled order.they then offered credit rather than refund.”

“Awful , I ordered a simple standard part ..... a pollen filter. Paid extra for the faster delivery and the item has still not arrived . Sent an email requesting an update which stated I would receive a response within 48 hours and I've heard nothing since .”
