“Item not shipped after 10 days, no communication at all from CarParts4Less Updated: I received my order next day after customer support reached out, seems the issue was with the local branch; they refunded delivery charges since it took so long, pleased with their response. Thank you!”

“Battery well that was fine and works as a new battery should. However, what leaves a bit of a bad taste is the collection charge of £1.99. Why when I collect it should I get charged. So how about the free delivery over £100. Well no as it is a battery I would get charged £4.99. As I cannot avoid an additional charge it should be part of the headline cost.”

“Not sure why Eurocarparts and Carparts4ess don't just level out their prices so you know youre getting the best price...... also, I realised after I had bought and paid for s few things and (and paid "collection cost of about £2) that I had forgotten an oil filter.....was going to be £5.30 but there was no way to add it to my original collection, even after a phone call (which has a charge) so would have cost me over £7, so I ended up reserving exactly the same product from Eurocarparts, which was where I was picking up, and it cost about £4.50 which I paid on pick-up. It's a flawed system.”

“The item I requested was a trailer board which was damaged in transit due to the packaging being inadequate it arrived in a clear thick plastic bag and the lens was cracked so I requested a replacement which arrived the following day but the return was also collected by another company on the same day. I do feel if the item had been put in a more secure wrapping or box the damage might not have occurred . But as the item was competitively priced and there was no further charges to me the only inconvenience was having to wait to have the item delivered whether the cost the company meant they made any profit I don’t know.”

“Good prices and availability for what I ordered. The ordering process was easy and delivery was quick. BUT - I was contacted by phone regarding the delivery by Europarts. It was very confusing as I had considered buying from Europarts as they were local, but the overall cost from CarParts4less was lower so I bought from CarParts4less. I had initially thought I had actually ordered from Europarts too! After a conversation with Europarts they eventually said that they are CarPart4less. So apart from my confusion all was good.”
