“I find it very annoying that, having visited Euro carparts and asked for a trailer adapter, to be told that it is not available, and to be told that the alternative is at least twice the price on the internet, then, having ordered the part I wanted from a similar website, to have the part I asked for in the shop ( and told it is not available) to have it delivered by the van from Euro carparts. It must have been in stock!! Stupid!”

“Delivery not as on web page, 3-4days delivery item eventually turns up after day 8, contact Customer service on Day 5, total Bu115hit from them, quoting Terms and conditions, unhelpful staff, Item came unprotected, looks like its been out in the rain for days,”

“Would not deliver a small fibreglass repair hit as it was dangerous. Told me to collect from nearest depot(60 mile round trip) How did it get there ? Not too dangerous for me to collect. Would not answer why it was dangerous. How do they manage to deliver to other people. Plenty other suppliers of car parts so no great loss.”

“Shocking. I Ordered parts 10days ago, got a “we missed you card” from EUROcarparts. (Dodgy the same company having two different websites) I have now rearranged delivery twice from the number on the card and still haven’t received anything. I will be going in to the depot tomorrow to collect my parts and not using either carparts4less or EUROcarparts again.”

“Don't know who's a fault but never arrived, had to cancel and purchase elsewhere, i hate giving bad reviews but when their excuse was we tried to deliver but no one at home well, that was rubbish, someone is home 24hr a day due to disability, why not just tell the truth, if they did i wouldn't be writing this”
