“We discovered Canadian Travel Specialists advertising the Canadian Rockies and Alaska via an advert . Sophie King dealt with our booking from A to Z with high professionalism and patience! Her knowledge of the country and listening to our preferences were extremely helpful . Sophie created a great itinerary and advised us of best routes and excursions . The process from booking to finalising the price invoice was faultless and easy . We travelled on the The Rocky Mountaineer train in Gold leaf ( a must !!) from Banff ( lovely little town) to Vancouver via Kamloops . The service on this train was exceptional, first class service with very attentive and hard working staff! Vancouver over 2 days was unfortunately not as good as it rained but the included excursion was interesting . Alaska cruise with Celebrity Solstice was absolutely brilliant ! This whole trip was sensational thanks to the detailed organisation , the excursions , the chosen hotels . What made it memorable was the initial response to emails to and from Sophie which she acknowledged quickly . She is a friendly and dynamic person and despite my “many”questions (!) she was always present and patient !! Once again we would definitely recommend Canada Travels specialists ! Many thanks to Sophie who is an asset to to this company ! Well done from happy customers ! We communicated by phone and emails”

“We have just booked our 2026 holiday to Canada and are looking forward to it immensely. Sophie King helped guide us through the options, responding quickly, professionally and very friendly. “Craig was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We changed our quote twice (sorry) and Craig listened and made sure we had everything we required included into our holiday. I would highly recommended using this company for a holiday - we will be return customers! 5 ⭐️”

“This is the first time we have used Canada Travel Specialists, but we were very impressed by Michelle Holt’s knowledge and enthusiasm about the trip we were thinking of taking. From start to finish everything was smooth sailing hotels were excellent, Alaskan cruise brilliant, Rocky Mountaineer incredible and our extended stay in Banff was perfect. We asked Michelle if she would recommend an additional 2 nights in Calgary as we were flying home from there, she advised we stayed in Banff. Best decision we made as this town is so lovely. After booking this incredible holiday, we had issues with some of our flights being cancelled, and Michelle and her flight team sorted the problem out. Thanks so much Michelle”

“Brilliant holiday. Couldn't have gone smoother. Great selection of hotels. The Rockie Mountaineer was amazing. Niagra Falls breath taking. Gondola superb. Really easy to convert our booking references into tickets.”

“I had the pleasure of taking a two day trip yesterday and today aboard the Rocky Mountaineer train from Banff to Vancouver. From start to finish the experience was breathtaking. The staff were exceptional throughout and could not do enough for you. A special thanks to Angus and the sous chef for going the extra mile and providing for my dietary needs at very short notice. I cannot have dairy or yeast yet the food provided was every bit as special as the menu provided to the other guests. A huge thank you to all. Diane x”

“Adla was very informative and helpful from the start. Communication was excellent and, considering we were booking our holiday fairly late for one which required hotel rooms in various locations plus seats on the Rocky Mountaineer, she found us not only the rooms required but a great deal too, plus sending through the itinerary on her day off so we wouldn't miss out. Brian then took up the mantle at the weekend to ensure we could place our deposit and secure our holiday. I would highly recommend either of these two knowledgeable professionals for booking a Canadian holiday.”
