“Brian was unbelievably helpful and made the whole process of planning a suitable itinerary so easy and really helped us plan this upcoming trip.. completely taken the stress of booking and sorting everything away from us, now we can just sit back, relax and look forward to June .. “We talked about making a tour of Canada as part of our post retirement plans but we’re a little unsure about what to include and how to go about things in a sensible and comprehensive way. By chance and our good fortune Brian at Canada Travel Specialists picked up our call. He was absolutely superb. He listened patiently to our rough outline, made fantastic suggestions of his own and in the space of a few hours the whole 3 week trip came together - with flights, hotel, cruise, Niagara Falls tour and a scenic train journey across the rockies all arranged. He took all the pressure from us, I highly recommend him. Huge thanks.”

“I was looking to book a holiday incorporating the “Calgary Stampede” and made an enquiry with Canada Travel, a very pleasant and informative young man responded to my enquiry, with his knowledge and my requests between us over a period of three weeks (thank you for your patience) he put together what seems like a wonderful package. We are looking forward to July to realise what has been arranged for us, l cannot commend Brian Walker any higher than to say he was a pleasure to work with, and hopefully his local knowledge and holiday management skills will be to our advantage, thanks again Brian.”

“Never really had any issues with Michelle Holt in doing our hoildays,this time the cruise was good but doesn't match Alaskian cruise as that will always be the top one in our eyes. The rest of the holiday in Quebec, Montreal and Ottawa the weather was awesome, places were amazing,very surprise on how quiet Ottawa for a capital city was but love the place,Quebec is unique with history,Montreal very busy, you could have underground city with what they have and the port of Montreal was like Quebec got history. Finally Vancouver ,weather was like britain but did have a couple decent days but love the place so l have no complaints about any of the hotels we stayed- Fairmount in Montreal and Vancouver where top notch,Quebec(hotel Concorde) heard and read bad thing about the place but l was surprise we had a good room,lovely view, slept good and yes it may need a bit of touching up on DIY.but l had no complaint- receptionist was lovely. The flights were fine- no issues this time with Westjet- in fact the flight from ottawa to Calgary was the nicest flight,th others were fine,food could of been alot better on BA and American butthat nothing you lot are involved in. Now would l say that holiday was worth the price l paid No,but with the Cost of living going up nothing cheap and I know Canada is a luxury hoilday and would l go back Hell yes. So as for Michelle l have nothing but a big thank you for all 3 hoildays she has done for me since 2017.”

“Well looked after by Adla From start to finish . Adla knows Canada well from her fact finding trips. All the hotel's we stayed in were of very good standard. All the timings with trips, etc worked well. All in all a great vacation .”

“Just got back from a wonderful holiday in Canada, organised by Canada Travel Specialists and Adla in particular. We explained to Adla roughly where we would like to visit and the length of holiday and she did the rest. The itinerary she came back with looked great and with one small tweak we went with it. The information provided prior to the holiday was excellent and Canada Travel Specialists were easy to contact when we wanted to query a few things and so I felt happy with the arrangements. Our holiday was everything we had hoped for and more and we would definitely recommend them to organise another holiday for us. 5*”

“Top class customer service from Brian Walker. Booking was very easy and local flights from Newcastle instead of Heathrow were added to the holiday free of charge. He took us through the itinerary and because of his local knowledge suggested we change one of the trips to make the holiday run smoother. We are looking forward to the Rocky Mountaineer and Alaska cruise. Will use again. Thanks Brian.”
