“A friend recommended this company and I wasn’t disappointed. Adla was super helpful, very knowledgeable and I felt very reassured that I was in the best hands. No question was too much trouble. I’m so excited about our trip to Alaska next year and would definitely recommend Adla for her great service and knowledge.”

“Happy to recommend Canada Travel Specialists and their travel consultant, Brian Walker following our recent holiday to Canada. This is the second time that we have used Brian and can not fault his level of service and knowledge of holidaying in Canada. On both occasions our holidays have entailed staying in 3 different locations and transfers organised by Canada Travel / Brian have been seamless with no issues. Hotels recommended have been of a high standard and in excellent locations. On this particular holiday we also wanted our daughters to join us midway through the holiday, which Brian was able to facilitate as part of the booking. Making the overall booking process very easy from our side. In summary I have no issue in giving Canada Travel Specialists / Brian a 5 star recommendation.”

“From the first conversation with Anne she was so engaging and enthusiastic. This was one of my wife’s bucket list trips and Anne turned it into the holiday of a lifetime. I’m notoriously difficult to please and have high expectations of the level of service etc that I expect. After all Ive worked hard to earn my holidays. I needn’t have worried. Anne arranged a superb itinerary covering flights to Vancouver, Alaskan cruise with Holland America, a further short stay in Vancouver then an unforgettable Rocky Mountaineer trip via Kamloops to Jasper then onwards to Banff visiting the Columbia Icefield and lake Louise. Anne arranged lots of excursions and trips covering each stop of our travels. If I had arranged my own itinerary I wouldn’t have included so many which would have been a big mistake. They were all excellent including a seaplane flight over Vancouver harbour, hop on/off bus in Vancouver, Capilano suspension bridge, Banff gondola to name a few. The scenery throughout the whole trip exceeded my expectations. The service, particularly on the Rocky Mountaineer (Goldleaf) was exceptional and so slick - I rarely describe any service as such but this really was so good! Credit where it’s due. Anne, thank you so much for your care and attention to detail. As discussed we know where to go to arrange our next trip. Thank you once more.”

“Adla arranged everything we wanted from our holiday, she was available from first contact upto and throughout the holiday to give advice, answer questions and generally be a huge support. We were amazed at the price we paid, having seen similar packages at much higher prices. We can highly recommend this company if you're thinking of a trip to Canada”

“Hi Michelle I just wanted to thank you and your company for arranging a fabulous itinerary across Canada. This was our first time in Canada. What an amazing country! Everything went to plan. The hotels were excellent. Toronto- Enjoyed visiting Niagra Falls and had a very nice meal up the CN tower. Banff- we loved Banff. The start of the Rockies. Enjoyed going on the gondola and visiting the lakes. We also did a trail up Tunnel Mountain. We found a couple of great rooftop bars with fabulous views. The Rocky Mountaineer- what can I say? What an amazing experience. The scenery, the service, the organisation- all excellent. Plus we saw a grizzly bear! Vancouver- Enjoyed touring around using the hop on hop on bus. We hired bikes and cycled all around Stanley Park and Granville Island- I wanted to try everything! All in all an amazing holiday. Your company knows how to put together a good itinerary and you have been very friendly and helpful to deal with. Thank you again Sent from my iPhone”

“Holiday went beautifully. The attention to detail about hotels, their location and standard made the holiday even more special as it made getting about even easier. Customer service very good before we went and we didn’t need it whilst there. We particularly enjoyed the Jasper to Banff journey that was included and arranged for us. The Alaska cruise had many highlights and memories made were very special. Whales and bald eagles a plenty in Juneau.”

“This was the trip of a lifetime that my late wife and I had been planning. She died of breast cancer in 2020 and made me promise to go to Canada. Adla Toal was really helpful in helping craft this very special trip, making helpful suggestions based on her experience of travelling to Western Canada. Saving up now to go again in a couple of years, if I can!”

“Sophie worked tirelessly and imaginatively to provide my wife and I with a dream holiday for a special anniversary. She quickly 'got us' and came up with a thoughtfully crafted itinerary which truly made every day of our trip a new and fabulous highlight. Sophie is creative, professional and patient (!); best of all she has recently been there herself and really knows Canada.”

“Never had an issue over the years until last month the girl (travel agent) that Myself and my husband had the pleasure to have had no interest in what we wanted to busy looking at her mobile under the desk and playing with her hair did not listen to anything we had to say. We have used Canda Travel for many years with no issue this girl must be fairly new we can not recall the girls name (we do not even think she told us her name) tall with dark long hair.. Will not be using Canda travel again unless staffing is sorted with staff that take an interest!!!”

“We just wanted to say what a fantastic time we had in Canada and on the cruise to Alaska. Never having travelled to this part of the world before, Adla tailored the itinerary just right, saving the best to last, Banff. Everything just fell into place when we arrived at each destination due to Adla's fine tuning. The memories will stay with us forever and have definitely tempted our taste buds for more. “ACROSS CANADA Morning Sophie We came back a couple of weeks ago from our Across Canada trip, well......all i can say is WOW!! We had an absolutely amazing holiday!! Everything from travelling around Toronto, Banff and Vancouver, The Rocky Mountanieer was mind blowing, the staff, the scenery, the food, just WOW!! Then to top it off the 7 day Alaskan cruise was fantastic, again the scenery, but also the animals- Bears, Bald headed eagles, Elk. Hump back whales, Dolphins, Vultures, Golden Crested Squirrels just fabulous. So thank you for helping us have our amazing bucket list holiday 🥰. Also may I add the people we travelled with on our trip were all lovely people. We were quite a close group by the end!! Thank you so much xx Jackie :”

“Amazing help at all stages of our trip from start to finish. Plus little details of letting hotels and ship of birthdays we cake rated during our stay . We got lovely birthday cakes at the hotel and on ship . Adla also contacted us during the holiday to make sure everything was okay. Will definitely use Barrhead travel again”

The Hubbard Glacier on the cruise, the Rocky Mountaineer, the trip to the Icefields Tour from Banff( 4 bears close up) . Vancover, Toronto & Niagra all fantastic. Must do trip.”

“This was our second trip to Canada organised by Adla and it was fantastic! We had a great time in Vancouver seeing our son and friends. The fairmont was excellent and staff were very helpful and happy to keep our cases whilst we went to visit our family for the weekend. The Alaskan cruise was great and seeing the northern lights in Alaska was very special. One negative was the Chelsea hotel. We arrived late and the initial room was very tired and ‘grubby’ -The curtains were falling down! However we complained the next day and were promptly moved to an upgraded room. The trip to Niagara Falls was good and the wine tasting was still included! 🙂 We enjoyed Toronto and had dinner at the 360° restaurant at the top of the CN tower which we would definitely recommend as an experience. Will certainly come back to you when we are next planning a special trip as things run incredibly smoothly when you arrange them! Thank you for all your help.”

“Adla organised our whole trip to Canada which involved flights, four different hotels and the rail travel between each city. Everything ran smoothly and there were no issues but it was a comfort to know that if anything did crop up we could contact Adla for assistance. We were also given some treats and upgrades at the hotels due to a wedding anniversary which Adla highlighted. When we return to Canada in the future we will be sure to arrange through Adla.”

“Adla was great from the start. She was always willing to go the extra mile and we are delighted with our holiday booking. The fact that she has been herself meant she was sble to give first hand views. She made it all sound wonderful as I am sure it will be! The price is good, given the standard we required. Wish we could go now!”
