“Although it’s my size, the lace doesn’t always cover my nipple, it shifts & it’s hard to put on the lingerie, not as flexible as others I’ve gotten. Strong material though.”

“I bought two bras in my size but different cups as was unsure. Both didn’t look like much when I got then out the packet and they were both far too small. I ring the “Farnham store” to return them and was told I could so I came down and couldn’t find it. Rung them again and they directed me to Elphicks, went into the store and no one had even heard do Camille. Rung the office again and they said they were in Elphicks and didn’t know about Camille. Despite on google this number being for the Farnham store that doesn’t exist! Ended up buying bras from Elphicks instead and sending the bars back in the post! Thanks for my refund!”

Thank you for your review Emma, I can see you placed your order on our website on 20th April for the 2 bras. As you had bought them online from us you would of needed to return them to us for your refund anyway, you would not of been able to get a refund in one of our Concessions. I can see your order was refunded on 28th April. Many thanks.

“Hello, I have had Camille underwired bras for many years. I must say that I am disappointed with the quality of my recent purchase of 4 No: bras. I did contemplate sending them back but thought maybe when they have been washed a few times they may give. The cups are less generous and there is less material around the back. I have always been able to fasten my bra on the 3rd fastening but with all of these bras I am having to use the 1st fastening”

Hello Margaret, We are sorry to hear you are not 100% satisfied with your recent order of Bras. We can see on your previous orders that the Bra size you ordered was a different size. If you wanted to have send these back for a refund/exchange you would of been more than welcome to. Kind regards

“Initially I was extremely pleased with the chemise nightie. However after wearing for 2 nights one of the rings that holds the strap has broken on the shoulder. Usually these rings are metal and therefore cannot snap! I have sown the strap back on but I am disappointed........”

“I reall like Camille lingerie, however you do get the orders wrong, last time I was told it had been delivered but it hadn't, hence was really late!!! This time I ordered a 3 pack of classic knickers and have received 2 classic and 1 bikini ????”

“This robe looks really nice and cosy but the size options were not great. I’m a size 12/14 and ordered the 14/16 knowing that the 10/12 would be too small, but the gown is HUGE. Could have gone round me twice so have sent it back.”

“The quality of the garment itself was lovely and soft and well made and if it was a good fit i imagine would be really comfy, but i had to return it as it was far too big and was promised a refund. Although I ordered an 8/10 for my elderly mother it was even too big for me and I am a 12/14. It is a shame the sizing is so far out as it really was just what I was looking for. I spoke to the company about the sizing but 8/10 was the smallest they do so sadly I had to look elsewhere.”

“My husband was very pleased with his new dressing gown. It fits well and the material is lovely and soft. Only downside - there was a two inch gap in one of the sleeve seams. However rather than return it I decided to sew up the seam myself.”

“We ordered a snow leopard onesie. Beautifully soft and good fit, but the pattern was completely different from the picture on the website. We didn't like the vertical grey stripes, but would have been happy with the white front and grey back. So we returned it.”

“Probably for most size 12 to 14 which is my wife size sadly the product arrived is see-through and also a lot larger than what was on on the size guide she could’ve done with an 8 to 10”

“I find it is very easy to order lingerie from Camille but, in the event of ordering the wrong size it is almost impossible to return goods to them. I have tried ringing on 1332 363745 but there is no reply. I have now decided not to trade with Camille in future as it is too much hassle. There should be an easier way to return goods. A very dissatisfied customer.”
