“Ordered an ivory bodysuit for under my wedding dress. When it arrived it looked more lemon than ivory. Didn't try on, just returned the item. Still waiting of a refund.”

“The sizing is extremely small. My mum is a 12-14 normally so I ordered a 14-16, but it didn’t go anywhere near shut so I ordered the 18-20 as she really liked it which still does not close, but at least it’s more comfortable around the shoulders for her.”

“Top is a good fit but the pants are much too small. I am 16 or sometimes 18 so the 18/20’s were expected to fit, but elastic much too tight.”

“BEEN A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER FOR A FEW YEARS, BOUGHT SOME GOOD QUALITY ITEMS. I GAVE 3 STARS BECAUSE I ORDERED SOME PURPLE FLEECE PYJAMAS RECENTLY AND THEY ARRIVED GREY, CUSTOMER SERVICES HELPFUL AND SENT OUT ANOTHER PAIR BUT DISAPPOINTINGLY STILL GREY AND SO I WILL RETURN THEM ONCE POST NORMAL AGAIN AFTER XMAS.SO THAT IS END OF THEM !!!”

Hello, We can assure you the Pyjamas we sent you both times were the correct Pyjamas. They are Purple with Pink and White Hearts on. If you aren't 100% satisfied you are welcome to return them for a refund but we can assure you the correct ones were sent out to you. Kind regards

“The red zip up bed jacket I ordered for my elderly mum was lovely and soft but was very narrow in the body. I suggest ordering a bigger size than usual as it definitely comes up small. I ended up sending for a 14/16 when my mum is normally a 10/12.”

“I sent off for a size 10-12 nightdress. I am a size 10 usually but like to size up in nightwear. Unfortunately this nightdress was far too tight around the body. I am so disappointed as it is a beautiful nightdress. I’m not sure whether all the sizes are like that or whether I had a dud one. I will return this one. Unsure whether to order again.”

“Bought this for my partner as she gets chilly easily. Good points first; the fabric is fluffy and thick, clearly good quality. It is warm. The sizing is as tall as advertised. It arrived promptly. Problems; the stitching is a bit clumsy, there are a couple of loose threads already with just a week's wearing. Some of the seams may need redoing soon. The hood is too small for the rest of the body, when it's on my partners head, it pulls the shoulders up, and pulls under the armpits. Tall people normally have proportionally longer necks, and I don't think the design accounts for this. Overall, it's alright, and she will probably keep wearing it, but I wouldn't buy it again.”

“The service was quick, and so was the refund that I unfortunately had to request. This was because of the sizing, we ordered a ladies 22 to 24 but the actual garment would not have fitted me and I am a gents medium”

“I bought the same dressing gown a few years ago in pink. It was just the right length for her at 4ft 10in tall and is still very often used. So when my wife needed a second spare I bought the blue version. Unfortunately it is 3 inch longer and too long, though she wares it. So, please show lengths on your adverts, because I think when too long they're dangerous.”

“Well made and well designed. The shoulder straps are very comfortable but a little bit too short even n the maximum adjustment. The biggest shame is that the elastic fabric used for the sides is too lightweight and stretches after you’ve worn it for a while. Please upgrade the overall quality of the garment - double the price - and you’ll have an absolute 5* bra👍”

“The dressing gown I ordered arrived very quickly and was of a lovely soft texture. However I ordered a size larger than I normally have as I like a dressing gown to be roomy but this gown was so small it would have been impossible to do up the zip and this was the only reason for returning the gown. Must say I was very disappointed. Credit dealt with very quickly,Thankyou.”
