“Lovely fabric, cups were nicely designed and fitted well, nice wide straps but the body was far too long, possibly as much as 6 inches! So sadly both bodies have to be returned. I am 5'6" so of at least average height if not taller.”

“Was very disappointed with my satin robe, as it did not have a loop for hanging and I do not want to put it on a hanger as it will rattle. Additionally, as it was a black satin robe, I thought the trim should be black so it is not colour restrictive, but it was only available with either a gold or pink trim.”

“What a bad design. Bought these for a smooth line under dress and they have designed it with a thick seem across the buttocks which shows through the fitted dress and makes it look like I'm wearing too tight hipster knickers. Already taken off labels and packed in luggage so have to wear them now as have no others with me it would have returned for full refund.”

“The products I bought were very good quality as usual, but the 24% Easter discount has proved problematical. The website didn't work at the weekend so I e-mailed and Stephen said he had put it right. I tried again after the weekend and the discount was applied, but not the 24% promised. I only realised this a couple of days later and so I replied to the e-mail confirming my order to ask for the balance of around £4 to be credited to my account. This was last Thursday and so far I have heard nothing, not even an acknowledgement. I think there is definite room for improvement on this side.”

“Why does Camille lingerie restrict so many beautiful and bargain priced nightdresses/chemise to sizes 8-10 or 12? I know I'm a guy, but there are lots of items I'd buy like a shot if they were available in size 18, as the size charts say they are, and the average woman is now size 16-18. How can you sell lots of goods if you're deliberately excluding the majority?”

“The women's luxury taupe long sleeved pyjamas were a huge disappointment. The trousers were very long. I have never had problems before with the length of the pyjama bottoms before. I usually buy from Marks and Spencers which have always been fine. However the worst thing about these pyjamas is the quality of the material. The material is very poor quality and will not dry outside or inside unless you put the pyjamas directly onto a radiator. Trying to iron the pyjamas is also very difficult even on the low heat setting. They just pucker up and look worse than before they were ironed. The label does say that they can be ironed but again its the poor quality of the material that makes ironing difficult. I have never purchased anything that refused to dry before and I would not recommend these pyjamas. They are awful.”

“I am sorry I am only giving you 2 stars. The quality of the satin pyjamas was very good but the fit was the problem. I am a very standard 14 and seldom have a problem with fit. However, the top of these pyjamas was very small and tight whilst the bottoms were rather large. I am disappointed as it is quite difficult to find nice satin nightwear.”

“I recently ordered 4 bras from Camille`s on-line store as my local store ( Dalton Park) had closed down. Unfortunately, although all 4 were the same size only 1 actually fit! I was very disappointed that sizing could not be relied on to actually be the same for different styles. At least when I had a local shop I could try on and not have the hassle of having to return items via post. Unfortunately I`ve been told Camille are now concentrating on their internet shop rather than having stores! The bra that did fit was `Camille Ivory Lingerie Womens Full Cup Underwired Lace Bra Size 34B-40G codeC46500A`. I had previously bought this bra in the white in store but although the cream did fit the quality is not the same. The material seems very stretchy with not much support..I can not imagine it will last more than a few washes :-( I will def look elsewhere for more bras before thinking about purchasing from Camille again which is a shame as my experience buying from the Dalton Park branch was a good experience!”

“The bra I ordered arrived quite quickly, however it was falling apart when I opened it. The fastening was held on by just two threads. I paid £16.99, but the price on the bra was only £12.99. On the plus side the lady on the end of the phone was very helpful.”

“the shape wear was not as good as thought it would be for example it was too long and didn't fit very well I have already got two of old body shapers and even though I have had them for sometime they are better fitting than the new ones at least that is my opinion for what it's worth thank you. I shall be returning them to you on Monday thank you.”
