Ordered 3 items in the sale , paid, confirmed despatched and paid delivery charge. Package arrived - only 1 item and refunded scrawled in pen against the other 2. At no point was I advised the items were not available. If I had been I would have cancelled the entire order as wouldn't have paid the delivery for just one item. Communication shocking, would not order from here again. Oh and i've just checked my bank and the monies they state were refunded are nowhere to be seen. I have e-mailed a complaint but yet to receive a reply. AVOID.
