“I have received this invitation to write a review. What am I supposed to be reviewing? I placed an order, received email confirming, then another stating awaiting payment from Paypal. Paypal sent me an email informing me that you had refunded part of my payment. I have no idea why, I have not received my goods, I have not received any further updates or emails from you. I have given a poor for lack of communication. That is my review up until now!!!!!”

“Oh dear! I've bought briefs from Camille before and they were great - just like Sloggi's only much better value. This time the sizes seem to have gone beserk - they are much larger than the same size I bought previously and the legholes are enormous - the fabric is softer and somehow looser not the same feel as before. This combined with the strange sizing is making for a quite uncomfortable briefs experience. Anyone tell me what went wrong? The service was fine but the goods were not. JW”

“Although I got a refund for postage and 20% of my order. There was no intention of your team telling me they didn't post my order next day delivery when I paid for it. When I rung up they told me. And still haven't got my order through the post which I'm not impressed about.”

“I was happy with my purchase however, when I selected for next day delivery to see the difference in price the charge didn't change so I opted for next day but it wasn't until my payment went through that the total price rose by £3. I'm not sure if I'd have chosen next day if I was aware of this. Obviously a problem with the website which needs to be sorted out rather than a slight on the company.”

“was disappointed that after placing a order for goods that were showing up in stock you then cancel my order, am not very happy we have one of your local shops next to me and i shop there all the time and they recommended me using you as well .Not sure if i will again”
