“I ordered a pair of satin pyjamas. When they arrived they were not satin. The pattern looked as it had in the picture, but the description was simply wrong. I returned them. Very disappointing.”

“I am really surprised you have sent me this email. I sent the item back to you on 10th Oct 2022 with enclosed letter explaining that it was the wrong size = although the label says 14/16 size it looks like 10/12 size, so tjght I couldn't even do the front zip. I asked for a refund, which I haven't received yet: obviously judging from this email I see the reason why (see attached certificate of posting). So I now wait to hear from you with my refund”

“I ordered a bra and paid for it and it never was delivered. Post Office never got it and after telephoning on 1/11 at 14.05 discovered it was never despatched. Cancelled order ! No service at all requested an apology and never got that ( why am I not surprised!). Been into your outlets a few times and they are great but ordering online rubbish. Does Customer Service exist in your business ?”

“LAST SEASON AND THIS I ORDERED PURPLE PYJAMAS AS ADVERTISED VERY CLEARLY BUT RECIEVED GREY, EVEN THO I SPOKE TO THEM. PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED. SO GAVE UP, SADLY”

“The bra itself is nice to look at but didn’t have the correct size I wanted which was disappointing when ordering online.. very tight around the back which is very uncomfortable..”

“I was so disappointed with this and had to return. I ordered normal bra size which gave no support whatsoever. My prosthesis flopped down to my knees 🤪 too heavy. I think if I had been able to adjust the straps it would have helped. I have been looking for a comfortable bra like this at an affordable price for years!”

“I used to like your shapewear body, but you now only have one style and after wearing it for years it has become very boring. I The range you have chosen to keep is not the most comfortable, the lace can be a bit irritating, and the colours are uninteresting (why does shapewear have to be black, white and neutral?). The range you used to sell was much better. Unfortunately, I will have to keep wearing it as it the only reasonably priced body without a back bra fastening I can find. Owing to a dexterity problem I cannot fasten a bra”

“Normally we are very satisfied with everything purchased at Camille. Unfortunately, we can't review our latest purchase as nothing has been received. Sent out nine days ago by Royal Mail but their Tracking states "check again tomorrow". Not necessary a fault with Camille, but their choice of Carrier is a complete farce. Emailed Camille twice but to date no response from them. Shame because we like Camille products and usually their service.”

“I ordered my usual size but when they arrived they were too tight and the cups were too small.mi have sent them back and asked for them to be changed for the next size cup and length up. I liked the colours and felt very disappointed. I have bought bras online previously from Triumph and Lejeby. They always fit but the colours are not very exciting in my size. I did like the colours and hope that they will exchange my purchase. Then I can write another review more positive.”

“I bought Haigman Men's Three Pack White Briefs (3054 BRIEF 3PACK WHITE) size: M. OUT OF THE BOX TOO SMALL The label claimed medium sizing 34-36". The reality was that they were closer to XS compared to box-fresh underwear with 28-30" waist. The waistband will not lie flat and cuts like a cord into the skin. AFTER WASHING – FALL APART After washing three times (40°) The fabric has pulled away from the waistband making holes. The seams have lost their structure and no longer fit causing uncomfortable gaping and exposure. Terrible, cheap, badly made. Just the worst. Shocking from realising the sizing was completely wrong to literally falling apart. I would award no stars if possible.”
