I ordered a bra and paid for it and it never was delivered. Post Office never got it and after telephoning on 1/11 at 14.05 discovered it was never despatched. Cancelled order !
No service at all requested an apology and never got that ( why am I not surprised!). Been into your outlets a few times and they are great but ordering online rubbish.
