Unfortunately you have asked me to review a purchase which has not been delivered but which has been paid for. This is not a good experience and I cannot review whilst not being in possession of the goods I have ordered. Please advise where the item is, when it was sent and with which delivery company.

I am still waiting for my item so I can not comment on the quality yet but delivery has been very poor

Thank you for contacting us. I am very sorry that you have not received your order. I can confirm that your order has been shipped but our delivery partners are telling us that many parcels are delayed. The delays are caused by on going disruption due to the Corona virus pandemic and additional delays have been caused by the temporary closure of the UK land border with Europe. Parcels will be delivered but it is taking much longer than normal. Once again I am very sorry for the delay and I would like to thank you for your patience.

I'm disappointed, my first order with yourselves was cancelled virtually with hours of ordering without any communication. We noticed that there may have been an issue when a debit/credit transaction was issued on my bank account some days later. I then enquired via email, I received a terse email advising that an email had been forwarded stating there was an issue with your stock. I hadn't received the email and received no apology with the email response to my enquiry. In view of this it would be highly unlikely for me to use your services again.

A very disappointing nightdress. An old persons night wear. Material not as expected. Much too warm. Not impressed. Have returned now require a refund

Dressing Gown bought as a Christmas present. Very disappointed as the garment had a dirty mark approx 15cm long on the side seam and the finish on the hem was not acceptable. excess material was left hanging and hadn't been finished off to a good standard. the item has been returned for a full refund.
