Got off to a bad start, as they sent an out-of-date version, and stuffed it into two volumes, even though all the documentation said it was in three volumes. This made it very awkward to use, and caused the perforations to tear through very quickly. The replacement was much better - up to date and in three volumes. Based on the replacement copy, I would rate them higher, but there is no excuse for the poor service with the first copy.
