Delivery of the manual was first class. After service, I’m not sure yet. The manual I received was not correct. I was sure I had not made a mistake and queried it, no response. I then realised I had made a ‘typographical’ and have now ordered the correct manual. I have also apologised and kindly requested if the original incorrect manual can be returned for credit. Again no response.
