“Logs arrived first drop excellent service the delivery driver was first class and put the logs where i wanted them to go. I’ve been a customer for a few years now and cant fault the service from buying to delivery. Always helpful. Throughly recommend.”

“Hi just received first delivery from Calido. Driver was v. helpful. BUT with a bit of prior discussion would have been better. I.E. Smaller vehicle would have given much better access and the packaging is strong enough to act as a store Will know for the next time”

“The burn times were less than regular logs. Therefore I feel that this product would not really be cost efficient for me. I appreciate the chance to try that sample pack. It helped me make my decision. A friend gave me several logs of one of the competing brands and they were not any better or worse than yours. So, thanks. But no thanks.”

“We have had two orders now from Calido, the first silver birch logs and the second a load of fire log briquettes. We are very happy with either and will continue to order from Calido when we need to. Very easy to order and have always been quick and on time and on the date requested. Thank you.”

“Hi, Well packed and delivered on time. The item itself, twisted log splitter, is excellent and far superior to a straight splitter. Swedish Steel is also much better than Chinese products and should last a lifetime. Good job! Thanks”

“Excellent logs, cut at a very good size to fit my small wood burner. Very good service, delivered on correct time and day. Shall buy more bulk hardwood logs in the near future. My son also bought the same bulk bag. Many Thanks Calido .”

“Great ordering experience. Delivery was a little late but not the fault of Calido whose staff resolved the issue very quickly with great communication. The birch wood supplied is fantastic. All the wood is cut to a similar size with low moisture (meter tested). The wood looks good, burns with a beautiful flame and smells fantastic piled up in the fireplace. I used an alternative supplier for years but am now making this a permanent shift based on price and quality. I hope to re-order the next time.”
