“As usual - the logs must get through! Calido delivered exactly what I ordered on the agreed date. Very friendly delivery guy who placed the bag of logs exactly where I wanted them. Calido always deliver and have never let me down I highly recommend Calido Logs and will continue to order from this company.”

“We purchased a Contura 870 stove and a pallet of birch. The service we received was 1st class, the products were competitively priced and delivered free of charge. We were unsure of which logs to purchase and received very helpful advice. We love our stove, we are ready for winter now!”

“Not my local supplier by far but Calido had an offer on the burner I particularly wanted. They couldn’t have been more helpful and nicer to do business with. Absolutely first class service and the delivery driver from their preferred company was equally as helpful as getting to my place isn’t the simplest of tasks. Would 100% recommend these guys. 😊”

“Calido logs are very good and burn well , well packed and stacked in a really good crate, driver is very helpful and put the pallet straight into my garage. A bit of discount for us pensioners would be very welcome, heat is not a luxury it’s a necessity and the price increase was quite high”

“I received very pleasant and excellent service which was carried out promptly and at a most reasonable cost. Kirsty and Michael were both very helpful and Michael told me that some things did not need any work done which was most honest. I will certainly return when I need to. The parts below are not applicable as I collected my items.”

“I used to use Verdo briquettes and was so disappointed they ceased production. I have used these over the past two years and find them to be a great alternative. I would not order elsewhere as Calido are the only company I have found who make every effort to get the pallet as far as close to our back gate as possible (we have a partial chip drive). In the past I have had companies leave on the kerb or even in one case dump on the street. This company care about their customer base and surprisingly they are local.”
