“I couldn’t fault Calido. Great service from start to finish with a quality product. The website is user friendly and had all of the information that I needed. I ordered two pallets of kiln dried logs – one ash and one oak. There were no hidden charges with delivery costs included in the price and no hidden offcuts in the middle of the pallet. I was able to track the delivery which arrived on time when it was due – ordered on the Thursday, it arrived on the following Tuesday. Most importantly, the logs are very good quality. The size fits my Morso Squirrel stove, they have a long burn time and burn evenly from start to finish giving off a great heat. Even the large logs burn well which is testament to the kiln drying given that the Squirrel is only a small stove. I will be shopping with Calido in the future and would highly recommend them.”

“As a long time wood burning stove user, the logs from Calido were the best I have had. Dry and clean, and produced a great heat output. The delivery was on time and the driver could not have been more accommodating. Well done guys!”

“This is the second time I've purchased from Calido and very happy with products. I've dropped one star - due to carrier. They came a day early and thankfully someone was in to move the pallet from the kerbside. No warning at all that this was going to happen on day change or time they were intending to arrive.”

“Ordered a new battery for my lawn mower, I had not used this company before, the battery arrived on time when they said it would, delivered by DPD who made me a 1 hour appointment, I thought the battery was priced very reasonably, all in all I thought this was a very good service and I will definitely use them again”

“I have been burning Calido briquettes on my stove for some years now, and I am very pleased with the service and the products. This time I have tried the Fire Log Briquettes, and I find them not so easy to set alight as other Calido briquettes, and they do not give off as much heat as others I have tried, but on the plus side they burn a lot slower, and last a lot longer. They are ideal for burning at night on cold Winter nights to keep the fire in all night, and keep the house warm and cosy. I was also very pleased with the delivery of the briquettes, they came the day after I had asked for them to be delivered, but I was expecting a delay given where I live. I was unable to be at home when the briquettes arrived, but on my arrival back home I was very pleased to see the briquettes there waiting for me, and they had been left sensibly, in a possition I would have asked for them to be left, out of the way, and no problem or hinderance to my neighbours till I could get the briquettes stacked where they were supposed to be. They were also very well wrapped against the weather, and were nice and dry even though the weather was stormy and extremely wet. I would very much recommend Calido products to anyone.”
