“Excellent, very hot burning fuel but on no account let it get wet - disintegrates and becomes u/s just like that. Have fixed a new logshed so all should now be OK. Brilliant delivery by Palletline with the most helpful driver, Andy who stacked for me as I am now a bit frail. Much helped by friendly and efficient Gregor in your office Thank you for your fine service , Calido. All the best to you. Robert Corbett.”

“So happy I found Calido! I ordered some sample packs first of all (great idea to offer this) they were sent out quickly and I actually found all of the products to be great quality, but decided to go ahead with an order of the Calido Wood Briquettes and Hotties heat logs. Again, these were sent out very quick, even though a larger order and arrived by pallet the next day. Everything was wrapped really well to keep it protected and our house has been kept nice and warm in these freezing Scottish temperatures! Brilliant.”

“Delivery on time , logs burn hot and don't make a lot of dust when broken before putting in fire. Preferred the square ended logs but these new round ones are satisfactory. Thank you ,will definitely order more.”

“We have used Calido Logs and Stoves for some time now. The service is excellent! I just phone up, give the order, pay and the logs are delivered within a day or two. Logs, kindling and waxed fire lighters in one delivery. No hassles at all! Perfect.”
