“Good wood, well packaged, and rolled nicely into garage. Only complaint, they cannot tell you when they will be delivering in the day, and this means you have to stay in all day?? Surely they could indicate a rough time slot, am or pm?”

“Very well satisfied with service and delivery. Not burning my stove at present so have given a 4* grading until I start burning the fuel but if it’s the same quality as the last delivery you can expect a 5* repot from me.”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for coming back and ordering from us again this year. Apologies for the delivery being a day late. I followed this up with Palletline as they hadn't made us aware of this. I believe there was an issue with the lorry which meant it wasn't able to complete it's delivery run on the day in question. Palletline told me they communicated this with you which I hope they did. “Ordered a pallet of hard wood bricketts that were delivered very promptly. The burn well and give off a gòod heat. They are messy as they expand and I need to break them in two which leaves sawdust. I would however buy again.”

“Driver would not deliver to my lock-up garage due to overhanging trees but was helpful in using pallet lift to get them nearer. Next order needs to come in 7.5t truck.”

Hi Iain, thank you for your order and review I’m disappointed to see a star knocked off for what I assume was the fact they couldn’t get to your lock up. Firstly our delivery is advertised as kerbside with anything else being a bonus if terrain and access allow. As you never mentioned the requirement for a 7.5 tonne vehicle at the point of ordering we have no way of knowing one was required. Our terms and our delivery information pages make it clear deliveries are by 18 tonne trucks and that overhanging branches can be a problem. If the requirement for a 7.5tonne vehicle is mentioned on the order notes we can request one and the depot will do their best to provide one but they are not obliged to do so. Apart from the delivery issues I trust the products burn well. Kind Regards,

“Ordered a pallet of logs, mix of birch and ash. Quality of logs is, as always, excellent. Getting the logs ordered over the phone was quick and painless, although I didn't seem to receive a confirmation email - I did check all folders, but it's entirely possible that I just missed it. The 1 star down is for the delivery - unfortunately the driver was unable to unload the pallet from the truck and therefore we had to manually lift the bags off. It's worth noting though, we do live on a hill and I think that played a part in being unable to lower the tail lift. However over recent times, we've had a lot of heavy pallet deliveries and this is the first time this has happened. It was lucky we ordered bagged logs (not just a crate!) and that there were two of us available to help getting the sacks lifted off, otherwise it would have taken a long time!”

“This is the first time we have used these logs,due to Verdo crashing as usual at christmas. They are a bit smaller in comparison to verdo,but do burn reasonably well,the jury is out at the moment but will give them a chance.On the upside the delivery was on time, with no problems unloading the logs. Regards Rod”

“Not always the cheapest but they supply excellent Kiln dried logs that won’t ruin your expensive log burning fire. Delivery is also excellent. They always try to deliver according to your wishes. Overall a good product and a good service.”

“Despite asking for a powered pallet truck my logs were delivered on a normal pallet truck. I had to help the driver push them up my drive. Not easy when you are 70 years old with a hernia. Pallet tucks are designed to be used in warehouses with smooth concrete floors not on tarmaced drives. However, the heat logs are an excellent product and the only reason I have not given a "very Good" score was because of the delivery.”

“Very easy to use web site and prompt updates on delivery status. Logs burn extremely well, and are a very good size, very well packed on the pallet. Not quite sure that the 24 net bags are equivalent to two builder bags though, as two builder bags from other suppliers last us 2 months, whereas it looks like the 24 bags will only last us about 38 days. So, while the price of £180 is lower than the £200 charged by others for 2 builder bags, the builder bags are actually better value for money, lasting for 60 days.”

“Great service. Easy online shop and you can choose delivery day which suits you. Down point was they came the day before we'd asked and truck was so big it couldn't come down our driveway so we had to humph the bags ourselves. Good logs though. Would buy again.”

“Was initially sceptical at cost over getting two builders bags, but on seeing the crate it seems that there is more wood than you would get with the bags, so I think the value is there! Logs are a good size, good condition, well packed, and ideal to have the pallet truck put them straight into my garage, avoiding double handling. Vety impressed with this company!”
