“Hi, Well packed and delivered on time. The item itself, twisted log splitter, is excellent and far superior to a straight splitter. Swedish Steel is also much better than Chinese products and should last a lifetime. Good job! Thanks”

“Excellent logs, cut at a very good size to fit my small wood burner. Very good service, delivered on correct time and day. Shall buy more bulk hardwood logs in the near future. My son also bought the same bulk bag. Many Thanks Calido .”

“Great ordering experience. Delivery was a little late but not the fault of Calido whose staff resolved the issue very quickly with great communication. The birch wood supplied is fantastic. All the wood is cut to a similar size with low moisture (meter tested). The wood looks good, burns with a beautiful flame and smells fantastic piled up in the fireplace. I used an alternative supplier for years but am now making this a permanent shift based on price and quality. I hope to re-order the next time.”

“The delivery driver did not ring the door bell. If he knocked I did not hear him . He dropped the crate of logs in my drive in front of my car and I had to empty it before I could get my car out. If he had rung the door bell I could have moved my car as I usually do.”

“Great service from start to finish, from Calido, starting with the advice, support and efficiency from the ladies in the showroom to fitting of our stove by Craig and his team, all done at a very competitve price. If you are interested in a stove,I would highly recommend Calido Logs and Stoves”

“Our experience with Calido has gone exactly according to plan, thanks to the organised system of Calido. We have only just lit our stove for the first time today. It was installed completely in one day and we were give detailed instructions on when and how to use it, which we have followed to the letter. The pallet of logs we ordered was delivered exactly when Calido said. The driver loaded everything right into our garage. Now we have the cosiest home, ready for the ideal family Christmas. Thanks Calido.”

“This is our go to company purchase for birch logs every time. Great customer service and great quality logs. Delivered on a pallet and wrapped to keep the weather out. Sooo much easier moving sacks of logs than loose logs and keeps the log stores tidy☺️.”
