“The logs were delivered on the date expected and are very clean & very dry logs. They were lifted from the wagon and placed right next to my log store by the very helpful driver. Because the logs were on a pallet I have a bonus of lots of kindling.”

“Long term users of various woodburners, we ordered a Contura 510 stove at suggestion of Calido. Everything went like clockwork. Craig and team scheduled then installed the fire and flue exactly as planned in a little over half a day. All left clean and tidy with no mess. The fire is beautiful and burns very cleanly. We were very impressed with the service, second to none. Thanks all”

“Had been let down twice by two different online suppliers when trying to purchase an Al-Ko easy 4.60 SPS lawn mower. Both had taken my order and credit card payment to only subsequently contact me to say that they couldn't supply and offer alternatives. Found the same mower at Calido, emailed to check it was in stock and had an almost instant response late on a Friday afternoon. Had a few questions which were very quickly answered by email even though it was after business closing time. Ordered the mower on the Saturday morning and it was safely delivered by DPD ahead of when expected on the Tuesday. Top class customer service from start to finish with Calido. Highly recommended.”

“Very Helpful on booking the delivery date, the lady on the phone was extremely Helpful and courteous. Delivery driver was good and on time. The logs are perfect and a good size for our Stove. I highly recommend this company to do business with. Many Thanks again.”

“this was our first order with Calido, after our previous company decided they had to add a large delivery charge to the orders this year.I was very pleased to find that Calido do not do that for us in Scotland. An easy and clear website and delivered on the day I selected. The birch logs look good and feel nice and dry. We will be very happy to order from Calido again, probably in the new year. “Following a feasibility study between Colido logs and coal -- Coal burns with more heat however, very little difference -- the logs are a lot cleaner and easier to use.”
