“We went to the showroom and the man there was very very helpful, we bought night logs and some briquettes, I had also ordered a bulk bag of briquettes which were delivered promptly and safely. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you.”

“Ordered Calido wood briquettes and Calido Hotbox briquettes. Both burn easily and produce a lovely flame and good heat in our Charnwood stove. I prefer the cylinder shaped wood briquettes which are easily broken down to smaller disc shaped pieces without any noticeable amount of sawdust. The hotbox briquettes need to be burned whole (on the large size for the stove) or can be sawn or chopped but do produce a lot of sawdust.”

“Delighted with the service received from John, he took time to identify a number of wood burning stoves that met our needs and provided invaluable advice from start to finish He even advised how to light it from top down which I had never tried before and it worked perfectly. He also has an excellent selection of logs which I will be trying when needed. Highly recommended”

“We received our sample pack of briquettes in a couple of days and tried them out on our stove - we also gave two briquettes to our son to try on his stove. Both he and I were pleased with the burn time and 'glow' time, meaning that the overall heating time lasted at three quarters of an hour per briquette. Pleased with the lack of ash residue when cleaning up, so overall a good purchase, good delivery service and will be on our list probably for next winter.”
