“Received exactly what was advertised and ordered. Full crate of perfectly sized, kiln dried logs. Absolutely no rubbish kindling or short weight bags as, regrettably, received in past from other local (and well known UK wide) suppliers.”

“Great value bag of briquettes. These burn very well and being broken they are easy to use in our woodburner. The only downside is the bag is more difficult to store/transport as it so heavy, but it is excellent value for money.”

“I’ve been using Calido logs for a few years now, I can’t fault any off the products we buy from John the quality and size of the logs are perfect for our stove and the heat well it’s got the cats approval 🙂 delivery is also always on time.”

“Product is good, price was good. Pallet delivery was a pain because he didn't have an electric pallet mover, so I had to spend an hour carrying everything down the drive. All my previous suppliers have always put it right where I needed it.”

“Thought that I would try the Calido logs as I have had some difficulty in buying ash logs from my local supplier and needed a back up. The logs arrived on the date specified and the driver pulled the pallet load to my back gate. Very simple job of moving them to my store. I have now been using them on my wood burner and they do burn very hot. I have mixed them with ash logs and been very pleased with the result. I bought a whole pallet and will have enough logs to get me through most of next winter. I have found that I have to be very careful when moving individual logs as the break in half very easily and can leave quite a mess. However, they still burn well.”
