“Hot burning logs. Last an hour, as good if not better than most, only downside was delivery was 5 hrs later than time slot but not Calido fault.”

“Order arrived on time as agreed, driver was very helpful and unloaded the wood where we needed it so it could easily be moved to the log store. All logs cut to size and fit in stove perfectly, lovely flame!”

“Great service from start to finish. Felt we were in safe hands purchasing the stove so we have one that’s perfect for our needs. The install was very smooth, very professional and a great finish to to the plaster works etc around our new hearth.”

“I purchased ash log nets as I had read good reviews on them. I have never before purchased such an excellent product. Not only are the logs so clean you'd think they'd been washed, but they burn so efficiently that I'm in danger of running out too soon. They light easily and give out such good heat that I have to keep the woodburner shut down so that the room did not become too hot. Cslido offer s great service, very polite and helpful and their products are well priced. They use very good couriers my order arrived in very good time.”

“Ordering was easy, delivery and service was great. Logs were fine and dry and burn well. Dismantled the crate that the logs came in and used it for a supply of kindling. Thanks - will be back!”

“I’m a new customer. I found Calido Logs and Stoves to be a very decent company to deal with. The delivery went smoothly, arrived on the date I chose within the time I was given and their young driver made sure the pallet of logs was placed on the spot which suited me best.
