“Been looking for a chain saw for a week or two. I popped in the shop and the sales staff where fantastic having no real experience with a saw they went through all the saws and matched me up the the saw I needed. They then took the machine out of the box set it up and filled it up with oil and fuel. They then spent time with me outside giving me one to one tuition on the chain saw till I had the safety aspects and general running procedures sorted out. Fantastic support and after sales I went back next day as I needed oil I forgot to buy on the day and took the saw back . They adjusted the chain and again took the time to show me how to do it correctly myself. I strongly suggest going to the shop for a look the staff are fantastic and after sales are second to none Thanks again guys Jeff baird Husqvarna 550 xp chain saw Purchase.”

“My wife likes the Calido Logs as they burn well & long compared to kiln-dried wood. They are also less messy and easy to handle. Our logs were delivered by a delivery firm (Menzies) on a palate and stored in the garage. The man used a forklift trolley to move them. The half palate was the limit for him to manage. Outside storage could be a problem. I thought the price was good compared to 10 kg supermarket bags and less worry to pick up the next supply.”

“Excellent hotblox, higly recommend for a WHAM wood burner which keeps us warm through the winter in an Grade1 listed property. Hard to heat with CH, so we don't. Very competitive price and well packed in 10kG packs which oldies can lift! (Local suppliers 18.5kG). Minimal plastic packing to dispose of. Delivery free and spot on by Richards on a palatte to the door. A VERY friendly phone service that helped check on the delivery time. Don't bother with unseasoned logs every again, or their problematic storage.”
