“Perfect service and excellent quality logs. Wood has a typical moisture content between 5 and 8%. Was delivered spot on time too. Thank you”

“I made a late order before Xmas and it arrived as promised on 21st and delivered to my drive. Haven’t had a chance to burn any yet but if like usual they’ll be perfect burners.”

“The service and quality from Calido Logs were excellent as always however delivery scheduled for the 14th, the pallet was delivered on the 13th at just after 5 pm and during the half-hour, I had been away from my house. The pallet was left at the front door. I am not complaining as I understand the pressures the delivery companies are under but a telephone call in advance would have allowed me to be there. Altough I did need the exercise transferring the logs from my front door to the log store!”

“excellent product 2nd time bought would highly recommend. Just a quick observation we have to have ours delivered in front of the house as a pallet will not go down the side. When we buy 1/2 pallets could they not be put on a euro pallet. Many thanks”
