“There was a mix up with our order which I didn't notice until after the event. An extra 200 t-shirts were added onto the order which resulted in an extra £436.24 for us to pay. Due to the fact that I didn't notice this we were left to foot the bill.”

“I order t shirts very often from your website but It's the third time that some of the things I order are out of stock but on the website they let me buy and pay for it and afterwards I am receiving emails and a refund. I think before receiving the refund it would be good to get a second chance to exchange the item with something else, since the shipping costs £6 for a single item! Thank you”

“The ordering process and delivery were excellent. The site was easy to use and reliable and delivery is excellent, with a number of options available from the delivery company (DPD). The items i ordered arrived together packed inside a large box. Their condition was poor and without any additional packaging to protect the items inside. The clothes were creased and looked like they had been squashed/compressed (i presume in storage at the warehouse). Furthermore, i was concerned because some of the items had split seams or large seams sticking out. Though they did not look worn, it was evident they were stored/handled roughly - something that i do not expect for items labelled 'premium'. That being said, the items themselves were as described - quality of the materials, size and fit were all very good.”

“The product themselves are good but I've been sent a tank rather than a t shirt for one of the products. I needed the products then so returning the products would of just waste more time. I'm sure this only happens now and then but it happened to me at the wrong time so I am disappointed.”

“The ladies, long sleeved T-shirts I recently purchased arrived at super-human speed, which amazed me. Being a size 12, I expected a size medium to fit well as is usually the case. However these T-shirts are very odd. The body fits well and is comfortable but the arms are so narrow that they compromise the blood supply! I do not have fat arms or unusually short ones either, but these T-shirts have been designed for people with normally sized bodies and arms 4-5inches longer than mine and with no flesh at all over the Humerus, Ulna or Radius bones. Regarding constriction over the lateral and medial epicondyles.....well, we just won't go there! My verdict is; these are for fat stick-insects!!”

“The tshirts & sweatshirts ordered was of very poor quality & size, returned for a full refund. I had to send by post costing me £2.80. So I am dissatisfied and out of pocket by £2.80. Will not reorder again.”

“I was disappointed with my order. I ordered 18 white fruit of loom polo shirts. On arrival the box\ packaging was fine, but when i opened it the tshirts looked like they had just been stuffed in and 7 of them had dirty brown marks on them and two had biro on the collar. As this was for a hen weekend there was no time to send back so i had to wash tshirts then buy vanish to get biro off. I have another hen this year and wee need t-shirts for it too. I don't think i will buy from here again.”

“t-shirts arrived on time which was good. But we asked for safety green and when they arrived they were yellow. When we contacted the company we were told the colour swatches online were a guide only. Fair enough. After some fiddling around we were directed to a pdf file which had very small pictures of t-shirts showing all the colours. I was told by one of their customer handlers that the t-shirts were green despite me holding one in my hand while on the phone to her. I suggested that they consider making the colour match pdf file more visible on their website so people can see actual colour before buying. She retorted that she didn't build the website and that next time I should read the terms and conditions! Clearly someone needs to go on a customer relations course. Quality of t-shirts is fine btw!”

“The whole print is off centre and spoils the tshirt. I'm not overly pleased with this, but the tshirt itself is comfortable.”
