t-shirts arrived on time which was good. But we asked for safety green and when they arrived they were yellow. When we contacted the company we were told the colour swatches online were a guide only. Fair enough. After some fiddling around we were directed to a pdf file which had very small pictures of t-shirts showing all the colours. I was told by one of their customer handlers that the t-shirts were green despite me holding one in my hand while on the phone to her. I suggested that they consider making the colour match pdf file more visible on their website so people can see actual colour before buying. She retorted that she didn't build the website and that next time I should read the terms and conditions! Clearly someone needs to go on a customer relations course. Quality of t-shirts is fine btw!
