“The size received was not as described on the website”

“My order wasn’t shipped within the 2 day timeframe originally given to me by fault of the delivery company which I thought so what but when you pay 7 quid for delivery you expect it within 2 days not that it’s “just an estimation” then when asked if they would process a refund for the delivery charge they said “we aren’t liable for delivery delays as said on our website” this is completely wrong and in direct contradiction of the consumer rights act 2015 section 29 passing of risk which states the goods are in the retailers risk until in the possession of the consumer which means no it’s not the delivery companies issue it is yours honestly for 7 quid I can’t be arsed but it left a bitter taste in my mouth when they said it’s not their fault when unfortunately it is only their fault oh and the bag they delivered it in had cuts and scrapes up it so it wasn’t even like it was a good delivery as there were holes in the bag the T-shirts got delivered in”

“I bought a couple of items and only a few arrived, which ruined my whole plan. I called customer service and explained that I received an incomplete order, but the man didn't sound bothered or remorseful. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the 'highest authority around'. I held my cool and told them I'd like to place another order for the items that didn't come, but I want shipping to be free because they are the one making me order twice. The man said 'NO' and started arguing with me. Worst customer service I've received in a long time. I went to another t-shirt wholesaler and they treated me so well.”

“Not recommended. My original order did not arrive on time. No tracking number was ever given, and it turned out it was never sent in the first place. I was promised a replacement would be sent the next day, however it was not as this order became lost in the system. It was sent 2 days after my complaint. When the replacement did arrive, the packaging was badly damaged and some of the contents were dirty. I then sent a new complaint and was promised the dirty items would be replaced the next day. The replacement did arrive the next day, however they were the incorrect product. Overall, a masterclass in ineptitude.”

“Very poor customer service as the true description of t shirts isn't displayed. They simply blame the manufacturers as they use the information provided by them! They know certain shirts are different but refuse to add it to the description which then costs us money because we have to pay to return them. I will most definitely not be returning. I've removed a star due to them having the nerve to ask me to revise my review. Pathetic company”

“Useless! Ordered 7 sweat shirts, only 3 arrived. Thought I'd wait a few days in case shipping from multiple locations, but saw it was showing completed. So emailed customer service and were told the remainder or my order had now been discontinued, so wouldn't be arriving. They then refunded the 4 sweaters which I'd been charged for.... only after being chased... which doesn't help me fulfill my customer orders though who I've not had to mess around with changes.”

“Really disappointed with tshirts bought. Short sleeved t shirts aged 7-8 were suitable for 4 year old, but long sleeved shirt aged 7-8 was ok. Due to expense of returns decided to give it away. Replaced shirts with ones from Tesco which were the right size. Will not buy Fruit of the loom t shirts again - very disappointed.”
