The webshop says order before 4 next day delivery . i can understand it will taken 2 days, but 5 days its for me to late i m sorry .

just bought two sets of ten tshirts one set in a medium and large , ring spun soft style youth ...... these are a little larger but there really good quality and fit , fit my 8 year old daughter perfect in the medium with still a bit more space , however i also purchased another ten in a small and a medium in the heavy weight children , and i recieved what says on the label youths wich im told by customer service is correct , there huge the size small i tried on my son who is 8 and its was useless totally drowned him , so ive got a bunch of tops that are totally useless for printing on for a kids party tomorrow .. customer service asked me to get tape measures ect and lay them out ect send pics wich deosnt help next time i purchase i will stick to soft style only , never even got a reply in the end after i asked about returns so dissapointed and very upset for my kids party tomorrow waste of my money and time not to mention i cant do them all tshirts as part of the party

Hello Claire, Please note that if there are disputes with the sizes in any items- we will require an image of the garment with some form of measuring tape- to see if the garment is within manufacturer guidelines. Without this, we wouldn't know if the garment was incorrectly labelled ect. As advised in the email, the sizing on the Gildan 5000B is different to the Gildan Softstyles (64000B) - By 2 inches in chest measurement. We always advise our customers to read the size chart as sizes vary from style to style. If you're unhappy with the garments that you ordered, you can return them by following the returns process which was emailed to you earlier this morning. If you believe that the garment is not the correct size, in accordance with the measurements published on our website from Gildan- we will need an image of the garment- with the underarm to underarm measurements. they won't send the products to the netherlands ...you should have told so on your store , when i asked you can you send them to my nephew in the u.k you gave me back my money ...strange !!

Premier products cheap and cheerful. Will stick to the Earth Positive products in future, brilliant quality, planet friendly as always. Rather annoyed website advertised same day dispatch if ordered by 4pm, so rushed through the checkout process only for them to be dispatched two days later, and arriving by courier a day after that —fine if you're not in a hurry like I was, but will think twice about ordering with you again for that reason. You can stop emailing me for reviews now, thanks.

Quality is fine but the sizing is off. I am size 16 and bought xl which fits like a second skin. Not a good look and certainly not what I was led to believe

order didnt come the next day but 3 days later also it wasnt the complete order so had to wait for remaining shirts which wasnt great for our sales. in two minds about using them again. the reasons i chose them were the reasons they failed.

Buytshirtsonline was recommended to me by a friend, I have only made one transaction and I'm now being asked to review that transaction so my experience may not be typical. I placed an order which apparently was dispatched on 1/8/18. Today is the 8th. I was expecting NDD but living in North Scotland I wasn't at all concerned if it took a few days to arrive. I have still to receive my order. I have contacted the company who have (again, apparently) resent my order to arrive tomorrow (minus one item no longer in stock) and I am to receive a refund for delivery charges. If this turns out to be the case then Buytshirtsonline will have done all they can to make good a bad situation....and I am willing to accept the word of my friend when he says he's had nothing but excellent service from them in every transaction he's made....but, unfortunately, having requested a review of my purchase I can only be honest about my experience which can only be summed up as disappointing this far. I will be making another purchase from them in the future and hope this is a more straightforward experience

The t-shirts were in good condition but they were placed in my back garden without a note put through the front door. They could have been out there for days and they were soaked through. Very disappointing.

Delivery took much longer than I advertised, ordered Sunday delivered to Ireland Friday! I didn't receive a delivery tracking email, I had to follow up myself....and continue to follow up to delivery day. Goods received were as advertised, ROI delivery was a poor service.

There needed to be a star in-between 2 and 3 as the service is not poor but the fact that i sent so long choosing my trophies only to be told on numerous occasions its not in stock or our suppliers will deliver it late etc, alternatives where offered..free engraving is great but not so if you can not get what you want to engrave.. Peter

Sizing not good. Colour said purple and it was grey. It was very expensive postage. Positive very quick delivery

My order was out for delivery on the 2nd of May on a next day delivery. At the time of writing, which is 6 days after I was told that my order was on its way, I am yet to receive the order. Have been told that the driver has tried to deliver the parcel 3 times but this is a little hard to believe as we always have someone in and even if there wasn’t, the driver has been advised to leave it on my driveway or, latterly, leave it with a neighbour. I wouldn’t have ordered had it taken this long.

Found the site off Google and was initially impressed with their prices. The lady I spoke to through their web chat seemed friendly and was happy to answer any queries I had. However, I needed to exchange some of the t-shirts for a different size and I was told to write on the delivery note that I wanted an exchange and what new sizes were needed. I was also required to return them at my own expense which was fine but after paying for a next day TNT delivery (not exactly cheap) I received an email a day or so later saying I've been refunded for the returns. Now the last thing I needed at that point was a refund as the t-shirts were needed for an extremely important event I was attending at the weekend. I then tried speaking to their staff once again through their website and despite being the only person in the queue, noone could be bothered to reply or give an explanation. The fact that despite their own instructions they didn't seem to be willing to send out replacement items and just took the easy route and just refunded the money, which truly was a massive shame as otherwise I would have had no issues with them at all.

mon adresse mail, mon télephone et mon adresse ont été mal communiqué au transporteur, grosse erreur !!! résultat, pas de mails, pas possible d'avoir le suivi colis, pas de livraison. J'ai du télephoner à chronopost pour savoir ou était mon colis et aller le chercher. très déçu.

The t-shirt itself is fine, hence the score of 2. My problem was the size. I ordered an XL thinking that would be more than big enough. However it is milles too small and I even doubt if the XXL would fit me. I chose this style as I can't bear a neckline that touches my throat as a guy's t-shirt would probably do. I may order a guy's t-shirt though as I need one for team colours this week.

I bought 7-8 size t-shirts for my son, what I got looks more bigger then this size category. wanted to return but I had to realize that after paying the postage cost does not give me anything back so I decided to sell somewhere.

The Fruit of the Loom t-shirts were of an unacceptable bad quality - having to pay postage to return them and the original postage not being refunded was not ideal.

I ordered vests for an event, spending over £100. They came in a colour that was very different to how they looked on the order, and although I paid extra for next day delivery they came in two days time so I did not have time to return them. Very frustrating.
