Some of the t shirts have holes in them under the armpit from where the sticking has come undone unfortunately

The wrong order was delivered and so we did not have the right coloured T-shirt for my son's sports Day. Disappointing, as I had paid for express delivery and I now have the hassle of returning 14 size 14-15 year old beige t-shirts. I had ordered one green size 7-8 t-shirt, so it couldn't have been more wrong!!

Ordering process and delivery were good. However measurements between size, medium, large is very minimal, so will have to return items, and unfair that I have to incur the returns postage charge.

I ordered 3 hoodies, all the same brand and size and style. I received them the following day. One fitted perfectly. The second was too big. The third was enormous. It was 2" longer and 4" larger measuring across chest, armpit to armpit whilst flat on table, than the first one. So, it was actually 8" larger around the chest than the one that fitted! I don't find this acceptable. When I emailed Thisbe difference I was told I could send them back for an exchange for the next size down and I wouldn't have to pay more postage the 2nd time!! I still had to pay to return them, though. As it happened, I needed them for last weekend and had put in a 2nd order before I had a chance to return them. So, for their mistake I've had to pay 2 times the postage and one return postage to return the ones that were too big!! I'm not happy

I paid for 26 bags and was sent only 15 and when I telephoned I was told that they only ordered 15 and had only taken money for 15 when that was not true. It was only when I would not be fobbed off that they sent me the remaining 11.

Sizing not accurate. Usually size medium and returned for XXL which is still quite fitted

Item was too small but as there wasn't a returns policy in with the item I had to pay the postage to return it. Most other services I deal with postage is free

i ordered Xl black fruit of the loom crew neck t-shirts They are very short and very wide !! and the neck is tight . basically a terrible fit can't be bothered to send them back -oh well .. they are at best described as "Wearable" but only under a jacket or something I won't be coming back cheers

The shirts were not packed well,creased etc. One tshirt has a stain on it and they are replacing but the polo shirts 2 XL are sized for 48 inch chest but measure 54 inches, the cuff reaches the elbow. MuchToo big , I must pay for return postage, not worth it to return and I am unhappy with the whole process I wouldn't recommend this firm

Hi Anne. The measurements for all of the products on our website should be found in the 'product info', on each products page. The chest measurments given are 'to fit' a person with that particular chest measurement, so the garment is made a little bigger 'to fit' the person's size. If you would still like to return the items, please do so, we can refund them or replace them for an alternative size. Return postage is paid by the Customer.

Everything was really good except all 3 tshirts are the same size, yet the navy one is too tight and does not fit. The others fit fine. I've double checked the labels and they are all the same.

After 5 days waiting following a dispatch notification, I was told a day and time slot, however the delivery never came. I phoned the following day to be told that they had attempted to be delivered and that a delivery note had been put through the door. Not only had I been in but there was no delivery card. Chris from the T-shirt company was very helpful and photocopied me details of my nearest DPD where my T-shirt was being held. Upon arrival, the girl at the shop told me that my T-shirt had only just come in that morning! I suspect that the delivery company had just gone directly to the DPD shop.

Items arrived promptly and well packaged. Gloves were out of stock but instead of emailing me to ask if I wanted a different item I was billed the full amount and then sent a credit note. Buying gloves later meant I wasn't allowed to get free delivery. I emailed several times asking for a new invoice without the gloves on but they refused to provide one. All quite strange. Bought my gloves elsewhere as I couldn't be bothered to contact them again.

The delivery of my order arrived on the following monday when the tshirts should if arrived the friday before the weekend as i paid the £7 for next day delivery and got the order 3days late and two of the tshirts from my order had holes in them

The shirts were far smaller than the size chart indicated. They were described as tailored but should have been described as very slim fit. A larger size would have been far too pong in the sleeve.Quality of material was as expected and they were reasonably priced but I had to return them as they did not fit.

There was a mix up with our order which I didn't notice until after the event. An extra 200 t-shirts were added onto the order which resulted in an extra £436.24 for us to pay. Due to the fact that I didn't notice this we were left to foot the bill.

I order t shirts very often from your website but It's the third time that some of the things I order are out of stock but on the website they let me buy and pay for it and afterwards I am receiving emails and a refund. I think before receiving the refund it would be good to get a second chance to exchange the item with something else, since the shipping costs £6 for a single item! Thank you

The ordering process and delivery were excellent. The site was easy to use and reliable and delivery is excellent, with a number of options available from the delivery company (DPD). The items i ordered arrived together packed inside a large box. Their condition was poor and without any additional packaging to protect the items inside. The clothes were creased and looked like they had been squashed/compressed (i presume in storage at the warehouse). Furthermore, i was concerned because some of the items had split seams or large seams sticking out. Though they did not look worn, it was evident they were stored/handled roughly - something that i do not expect for items labelled 'premium'. That being said, the items themselves were as described - quality of the materials, size and fit were all very good.
