Although the large majority of orders arrive safe and well, there is the occasional shipment that is delayed or doesn't reach destination. In these cases we would always provide a solution, such as a replacement order or a refund. Apologies there was a problem with your delivery. Sorry you have trouble reaching us. We have staff answering calls and responding to emails every day apart from Sundays. We are at a loss to understand why you had trouble reaching us and can only assume you called at times when the lines were busy.
