“The product was delivered as expected with no fuss and delivery was well managed. The product was installed easily enough following the instructions. The only issue was that I had asked about having a long hose and was told that it will be as required, but the hose by itself wasn't long enough and the Plumber had to make adjustments.”

We apologize for Absolute sending out the wrong item and our carriers failure to collect when they were supposed to. We are unsure why you say you gave up in the end, implying this issue wasn't resolved. It seems the return was successfully collected the day following the initial booking, and the order refunded as soon as the item was collected. We would like to assure you this isn't a usual experience. The vast majority of orders are supplied without issue, and the vast majority of returns are collected without issue. We hope a full refund went some way to making amends to the issues with your order.
