“Absolute disaster sending out wrong item then not collecting when they’ were supposed too so I gave up I the end. The only way too restore my faith in this company would be if you sent me free of charge my correct first order many thanks .Roddy Paterson”

We apologize for Absolute sending out the wrong item and our carriers failure to collect when they were supposed to. We are unsure why you say you gave up in the end, implying this issue wasn't resolved. It seems the return was successfully collected the day following the initial booking, and the order refunded as soon as the item was collected. We would like to assure you this isn't a usual experience. The vast majority of orders are supplied without issue, and the vast majority of returns are collected without issue. We hope a full refund went some way to making amends to the issues with your order.
