“I was informed that my archway had been delivered and signed for by someone who had not signed the correct name. There was no delivery. It took several emails and an eventual request for a name of the delivery person so that I could get a crime number from the police to produce a response that my parcel had been marked as delivered and signed for in error! The archway was delivered the next day.”

“I bought the Makita brushless blower mulcher from Buy A Parcel and am really pleased with my purchase. It arrived quite quickly and It does exactly as you expect it to do. I have other Makita items so had 2 batteries already but find the batteries run out quite quickly but that may be due to them not being new. All in all it blows really well and mulches the leaves which is great. I would certainly recommend this product and company.”
