“Arrived after the two days specified in the tracking app that was never updated. Upon opening one of the locking catches was broken. After numerous call and emails finally got a reply saying then had no replacement boxes in stock, and to add insult to injury offered me a £5.00 gesture of good will on a product costing over £160.00 to source mysrlf a replacement handle and to fit it. As I refused to accept this do call offer they resorted to collect the whole package *I'm sure that cost more than £5.00) I was refused a refund until they have recieved the item back even after confirmation of collection. Talk about trust so all in all I have bern out of pocket now for 4 weeks. I will never buy anything from this compsny ever again and warn other potential customers to stay clear. I think they need to invest in some "Customer Training".”
