“Delivery was good. Well packaged and arrived fast. The solar light is fine, though the battery does not last as promised on the packaging, some days doesn't turn on. Also a bit less bright than hoped. So 5 stars for webshop, 3 for the item.”

“The second time in 18mths I've had to buy a replacement engine for this aqualisa model so not sure if a regular fault but this time it sparked and tripped the fuse so a new one was required. Ordered first thing in the morning as the address and tenant of a rental wanted a shower available and paid extra for express next day delivery. Unfortunately, it did arrive the next day but the courier used delivered after 7 pm so not a lot of use to fit the next day as I had hoped for the tenant. that said it was done the day after so slight delay .”

“The item I bought was available at a very reasonable price compared with other retailers. Delivery was quick and came when they said it would. I have not had to return an item, ask a question, or deal with customer service in any other way, so I can't comment as to how good they are in that department.”

“My parcel arrived on time and with my initial problem of tracking it all went well. To be fair it was Christmas and Covid conditions didn’t help. I would certainly use them again.”
